ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Quail Ridge Estates is a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that is very family friendly and is perfect for peaceful neighborhood walks. There is a picturesque park (Quail Ridge Park) that is very safe and clean with a playground for kids only two blocks walk from the house.

Also, if you're looking for outdoor recreation, there is an excellent bike/walk trail only 5 mins drive away (Oakmont Park), which also has a playground & beautiful waterfall along the trail. And one of the best public golf courses in Fort Worth, Pecan Valley, is also only 5 minutes away.

For shopping, you can take the Chisolm Trail Parkway (which makes this house extremely convenient to get anywhere you want to go in Fort Worth quickly and easily) to the Shops at Clearfork, where there are plenty of local shops and amazing restaurants. And for all of our essential needs, the house is an easy 5-10 minutes from Albertson's, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and other shops

Disappointed

The location of the house is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. The back yard is shady and nice. Didn't use the gas grill but it looked used a lot. When we walked in the house the Fabreeze scented plug ins were very overwhelming. We soon learned why the were used so generously. There was an animal urine scent in the family room so sitting there and watching tv was not very pleasant. There is or was a leak under the kitchen sink because of the odor. Hopefully the cleaners will learn the proper way to clean a glass stove top and get rid of the burned food on top. We did not use the master bathroom shower because it's very small and looks unappealing. So we used the other bathroom with a tub/shower and it was fine. There was a leak in that toilet because of a bowl placed on the floor under it. It rained a lot during our stay so that may explain the carpet discoloration and carpet odor at the master bedroom door to the patio. I shared these findings with the house manager and was basically called a lier. I have nothing to gain to report the condition of the house. Just wanted to give her accurate information. I have photos of these issues but unfortunately don't have smell vision. As a result of the horrible odors, we cut our trip short. I thought it was strange that the last 5 star review on VRBO was over a year old so maybe these issues weren't there at that time. The cleaning issues and repairs are an easy fix so hopefully these get done.

Perfect place and location!

Georgina was an amazing host!! Communication was great and the house was perfect for our 3 families to share. Close to the city center, but still outside of town in a very nice area. Restaurants, grocery stores, and the toll road were all convenient. Would absolutely go back the next time we are in town!

A weekend in Fort Worth

Had a lovely long weekend in this house located in the beautiful suburbs of Fort Worth. It was a convenient location for all of the graduation activities at TCU we needed to attend and a great place to relax and enjoy the weekend with family. The hosts were very gracious. We highly recommend this rental.

Great rental with fantastic host

Overall we had a great experience at this rental unit. The house was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the week. We had a toddler with us and the house felt very child friendly. The house was in a lovely neighborhood that felt very safe. The best thing about the experience was communication with the host. Georgina was extremely communicative. It was very easy to contact her and she responded to messages quickly. Check in and check out were super easy as well. Would highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again next time we visit Fort Worth!

The owner of this house was very accommodating! She allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our flights from Boston. We enjoyed the comfortable couches, beds, and outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the towels and linens were good quality!

Really wonderful, but caution for wheelchairs

The home is absolutely lovely! Beautiful neighborhood! But we have a non-ambulatory son in a power wheelchair and an 86-year-old very dependent on her walker. Neither were able to get into either bathroom due to the doors being too narrow. However the guest bath has a vanity right at the door, and my mother was able to use it to help her get to the toilet. And because this is a common problem we encounter with our handicapped son, we always carry a portable potty and urinal. I loved all the little extra touches the hostess set out for us. If we ever need to stay in Ft Worth again, we’ll definitely stay here is it’s available!!

Great stay near Fort Worth

Had a great stay with several friends at this property while in town for an event. Property matched all our needs with 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a futon. Also has a great backyard space to grill and relax. Georgina was great! Never had to wait more then a few minutes for a response to a question and overall just superb communication. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Fantastic property - will be staying here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic house. Lovely home and well appointed. Plenty of parking and a nice yard. We were in town for a horse show and it was super easy to get to the Will Rogers complex and other areas of interest! Our host, Georgina, was so easy to work with. Excellent communications about the house, check-in process, etc. Her responses were fast, friendly, and she provided all the information we needed. We plan to stay here again next year! Five stars!!

We came to Fort Worth to see a concert at Dickies Arena and this was a great location, really close and in a nice quiet charming neighborhood. We brought our dog and the yard was large, fenced and ideal. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and lots of space. Great stay.

Georgina was always available to answer my questions before booking and during our stay. The house was very clean, nice amenities and well stocked with what we needed. We did need additional pots and serving bowls so Georgina brought some over. We had our dogs with us and the back yard and patio was a great place for kids and dogs. Perfect comfort despite family emergency

My husband and I needed to find a pet friendly property quickly in the Ft. Worth area due to a family emergency. Georgia's home was the perfect fit and available exactly when we needed it. Beautiful comfortable home with a great fenced yard for our dogs. Despite a sad reason for our visit, Georgia was an amazing host and her home was a sanctuary we needed to retreat to.

Fun Weekend in FW

We enjoyed a fun girls weekend at Georgina's property with 3 ladies and our 3 children. The house was a great meet up spot for us in a nice neighborhood with plenty of room for us to comfortably sleep and hang out. We made the 10-15 minute drive to Clearfork to enjoy breakfast as well as Magnolia for dinner. The house is located near the tollway with easy access to all of the fun things Fort Worth has to offer. Check in and check out were very easy. We appreciated (especially with 3 young children) that all we needed to do to check out was lock up and head out, no long list of requirements. Thanks for a fun weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and got to visit with our family and new grand baby! The house is well laid out with a nice backyard! Our host was beyond accommodating and sweet! Left toys for our dog and pumpkin pie for our Thanksgiving meal! What a Sweetheart! Will have to visit again!
