Accomodation was bright and spacious. Good selection of crockery and baking pans. I liked the eco-pack of cleaning products, but 1 dishwasher tablet for the week was a bit stingy. Dishwasher was not effective, and having to hand wash a lot and not having any cloths to dry up was a shame. Most rooms were clean, but there was a sticky mark that was left on one of side tables. Larger towels would be nice too (only one medium towel per person and no bath mat) Communication was a little poor (we were late receiving the entry code - but that may have been the international time difference) It sounds like a lot of complaints, but they should be easily fixable.

The property was clean. However it lack soft touches to make comfortable. No extra towels 2 towels for two people for 5 days, the large glass doors had no blinds. Could see into living room. The were no lamps in living room. Coffe maker no pods or extras.

AC didn’t work the first night

Property was great and rental company was responsive to fix the AC issue, but we had to try and sleep when it was 81-82 degrees in the apartment the first night. That didn’t go so well so I was exhausted for my morning work meetings and follow on visit to see my oldest at TCU family weekend. The building is nice and I love the gated parking lot at night due to the location. It’s slowly being improved around there. No one from VRBO has contacted me about making amends for the horrible first night.

My husband and myself just left the property today. For the most part it was really good and we just did not like that the bedroom fan was so loud and we could not use it, the ac was not the greatest and come to find out my husband told me it didn't have batteries in it so it stay 78 degrees in the apartment and the last thing was in our bathroom the front plate was broken and handing. Super nice area and pretty new. We said we would stay again but would not stay in that room.

A really nice apartment in a new building. Lots of space and a full kitchen though we did not use it at all. Love that it had a washing machine too. The door was a little tricky and the gate to parking did not work one night but I got lucky to get in as someone was leaving. Will certainly stay there again!
