Situated within 15-20 minutes to Six Flags, Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, Dallas Mavericks and downtown Dallas, this residence boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a spacious living area. The Space:

You and the whole fam will absolutely love the residence being that every space is incredibly immaculate and spacious with pristine wood flooring and furnishings adding to the overall refreshing neatness of the house.



You won’t spend a second discussing with the fam about choosing the best bedroom because all of them are comfortable enough for two/three guests to sleep in each and enjoy resting after a long day of family adventures. Bed arrangements go as follows:



Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) - King bed, Twin bed

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Twin bed

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed

+ 1 sofa bed in the living room





The 2 full bathrooms include bathtub and shower for you to enjoy freshening up with warm and relaxing baths after a long day visiting the top sights in Dallas/Fort Worth. Hot water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body soap are all provided for the ultimate soothing and rejuvenating bathing experience.



The open floor plan of kitchen, living and dining areas all combined in one space is a great room where exciting family gatherings will occur! Freely use all kitchen appliances and amenities to cook meals most favored by family members and transfer either to the dining table comfortably seating 4 guests, stay put at the kitchen countertop seating or go to the sitting room and devour your delicious meal while watching TV series of your taste.



Whenever you wish to enjoy some fresh air, the backyard with wood deck is a space you will want to be, especially in the mornings where you can take a seat at the outdoor furniture and indulge in the warm sun beautifully rising while sipping your coffee.

P.S. Please note that this house, built in the 1960s, has undergone recent improvements, including new flooring and outdoor patio. While many guests have had a pleasant stay, we want to be transparent about its condition and recommend reviewing the photos before booking: it is not a luxury or fully remodeled home. It retains its original showers, countertops, and bathrooms, among other features. Despite these aspects, the house is warm, comfortable, and budget-friendly; and it is in a great location and the community is mature and quiet. Our team works diligently to ensure your stay is enjoyable. If any guest(s) with you are sensitive or allergic, we would recommend you to book our newer properties closeby.

Our properties follow strict schedule on maintenance, cleaning and pest control, as well as necessary repairs before your arrival, and it is still possible you might see:

* Minor imperfections and discoloration on furniture, walls and hard flooring due to normal wear and tear.

* Minor tears and fading of carpet from daily use and cleaning.

* By slight chance, more insect activities due to recent high humidity in Texas.

* Overgrowth in some yards as our landscapers can be behind schedule due to the recent rains. (They try their best to catch up on this whenever weather allows)



Though these should minimally impact your stay, please be aware before booking with us.
