Welcome to our charming retreat, ideal for diving enthusiasts and nature lovers alike! Nestled in the beautiful Florida countryside, our home boasts a delightful pavilion, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, cozy fire pit, and variety of outdoor games for the family. It’s perfect for unwinding after a day of underwater adventures.



Inside, you'll find a cozy, yet modern interior designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area invites you to kick back and recount your diving escapades, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for preparing delicious meals to share with friends or fellow travelers.



Step outside to discover the true highlight of our property – a beautiful pavilion overlooking a lush landscape. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail here, basking in the peaceful ambiance. The picnic tables provide the perfect spot for alfresco dining, whether you're savoring a barbecue feast or a simple picnic under the stars.



As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening of storytelling, roasting marshmallows, and stargazing. For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, our outdoor games selection includes cornhole, volleyball, and more, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.



Located less than 2 miles away from Ichetucknee Spring’s North Entrance, and about 19 miles from Ginnie Springs, our retreat offers easy access to local adventures (additional details in our "Neighborhood highlights" section) while providing a serene haven to return to at the end of the day. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our home promises an unforgettable experience!



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, pavilion, picnic tables, Outdoor games & spaces, etc.

Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area so having a vehicle is highly recommended. There is a large parking area with multiple parking spots directly in front of the house.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🎥 We have an active doorbell and solar security cameras outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you

🚮 If you are staying on a Monday night, please place the garbage can by the road that evening for pickup Tuesday Morning

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Tuesdays, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the road

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
