This property is a duplex and you will be staying in the upper unit of the two. This unit has access to the wrap around porch out front, and if you'd like to use the backyard space we just ask that you be mindful of the downstairs guests' use as well(:

Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay! This property has front door access that faces the street if you'd like to park there, or there is additional parking in the alleyway!

The property is in a historic neighborhood of Fort Wayne, with quite the eye catching little mansion across the street (it's bright yellow, you can't miss it!). The whole downtown area is getting revitalized to be the pride and joy of the Fort Wayne area. We've loved seeing the area grow and new businesses flourish!

There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! Uber/Lyft are also great options as well.
