Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in Fort Walton Beach! Nestled in a comfortable neighborhood, this cozy and well-appointed home offers a perfect retreat for your stay. With three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a open living space, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, while the private backyard provides a fun outdoor space. Conveniently located near local attractions, the military bases, shops, and restaurants, our rental is the ideal choice for your next getaway. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you'll feel right at home in this inviting space.
You will love the location. We are close to shopping, Eglin /Hurlburt AFB, and the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center. Our guests come for sports tournaments, fishing, TDYs and great vacations. Whatever the reason, we are sure your family we feel at home at this pet free, smoke free property. (Owners are not on site and use a doorbell camera and motion detection camera on back porch as part of security when unoccupied.)

Florida family vacation

This rental met our needs. Rented for a week long stay in the Destin area. Easy access to several beaches. There were a few beach things provided, including a couple fild up chairs. This was very helpful Neighborhood is fairly quiet. House was clean with all kitchen items we needed. Bathrooms and laundry area were good, as well. Seating in living room was somewhat limited for our 6 person family, but we brought in chairs from the porch. Virtually no communication from the owner. I had to reach out for the front door code after getting initial check-in email and notification. There was no follow-up from the owner upon our arrival or during our stay.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here in a year and it’s perfect for us. Me (68), my sister (66), our brother (70), and our mom (96). We have more than enough room. We go there to visit our cousins and there’s room for them to come visit there! I’m sure we’ll be back there again!

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. All over age 65. We had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we might need! The pictures are very accurate. It was located in close proximity to everything. We would definitely book again.

Host canceled the week of when we were suppose to arrive on Friday. Maintenance issue is what was reporter. Had to find another place last minute. Also still haven’t received a full refund as promised from the host who said the refund was suppose to be immediately.

Family beach trip with friends

We visited for 4th of July weekend 2024 and absolutely annoyed our stay! Our two families have two 3 year olds and it was so much more comfortable staying in a house (and not two separate rooms). Everything was exactly as described and all amenities were just what we needed. Highly recommend!!

Great Place! Clean! Amenities! Location, Location!!

This Family retreat was great for me and 3 of my retired military friends. We went pier fishing on Okaloosa Island and booked deep sea fishing trip. The first thing I noticed on this house was how clean and well equipped it was. We didn't want for anything, we had everything we needed. The location was great, probably two blocks from US HWY 98 (the Strip). The 3 bedrooms and bunk beds more than accommodated us far as sleeping arrangements. If you are looking for a place to stay, close to everything, this is the place. We Will Be Back!! thank you so much for the accommodations!!

Best stay for the beach

This property was a perfect location in a decent neighborhood (it's own little cult de sac). The communication with the owner was wonderful and the property was CLEAN. We loved the amenities and attention to detail (board games, laundry facility, makeup remover wipes). We will definitely rent again!

The house was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stocked with toiletries and towels. Washer and dryer were inside the clean garage and accessible from inside. Had child safety caps on outlets. Hosts were very responsive and nice!

Great experience!

First of all the host, Christina, was VERY welcoming! She sent me a welcome message right away. Christina was very helpful for any local amenities and was available for any questions. There were 4 of us and the house was very clean and the perfect size. Everything you needed, and a few extras, was there and available. I would 100% recommend!

Wonderful!!

This was my family’s first vacation in a vacation home and it was amazing. The location is close to everything. The property manager was very responsive the entire stay. My fiancĂ© and 6 children was very comfortable and enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable in all 3 rooms. The backyard was great for the kiddos as well bc it was a private fenced in backyard. Overall a great experience
 We will be staying here our next trip.
