Plan your perfect family vacation in our amazing oceanfront beach condo, Waters Edge 304. This amazing beach rental offers sleeping for eight in a three-bedroom floorplan, perfect for a family with children or teens. Our third-floor beach condo rental offers covered parking with a private walkway directly from your car to your room. This elevator-free feature is convenient and unique, and we are just getting started. Our open floor plan is full of modern upgrades. From room-to-room, you will feel pampered with granite countertops, stainless appliances, crown molding, soft-close custom cabinets, and tile flooring throughout.

Living Room:
The spacious living room area adjoins the balcony and has the most magnificent view of the emerald gulf and beach. This is where you first take in the ocean views, and where you may never want to leave. The balcony is adorned with comfortable bar-height Pollywood chairs for those who want to sit outdoors and take it in. From here, the ocean and beach are in direct view over the courtyard and pool. Back inside, a large wall-mounted smart LED TV with wifi streaming provides endless entertainment while your family rests and plays.

Kitchen:
The Full Kitchen and dining area are equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and full-size oven make your week at the beach feel like home. We provide both k-cup and standard coffee makers for that perfect start to every day.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with balcony access and magnificent wall-to wall ocean view. Modern furnishings and a large walk-in closet provide plenty of storage for your clothing and bags, so unpack and make yourself right at home. Adjoining the master bedroom is the master bath suite, which offers dual granite vanities, modern glass shower, and a large garden tub.

Bedroom-two and bedroom-three sleep two each in cozy queen beds. Each provides a private and spacious room for children or adults, complete with flat screen smart tvs, and plenty of storage to unpack for your beach vacay. Each bedroom offers a private full bathroom, one with a tub and shower, and the other with a shower.
In the hallway, you will find the built-in bunkbeds, perfect for children or teens.

RESORT & AREA:
Waters Edge Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, tennis courts, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample covered parking. Beach access at Waters Edge Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola. The resort is centered on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, where you will find plenty to do. Putt Putt Golf, GoKarts, and the Gulfarium Sealife Sanctuary are perfect outings for the young ones.

Waters Edge Resort in Fort Walton Beach is a short hop from many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go karting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just a drop of what Destin offers.

Parking: Skip the hassle of searching for a spot or worrying about the Florida sun. We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors. Up to 3 parking spaces are available for this unit.

Food: Keeping the vacation pantry stocked is a breeze. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

PROVISIONS:
• Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• No Pets Allowed
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
