Il est d'environ 1 475 pieds carrés d'espace de vie confortable avec un balcon privé de 30 pieds qui surplombe le magnifique golfe du Mexique. La chambre principale qui fait face à la plage dispose d'un lit queen size. La grande chambre d'hÎtes dispose de 2 lits doubles. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé-lit et un fauteuil pour votre confort. Il ya 2 TV, lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et d'un accÚs Internet haut débit. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité dans une buanderie séparée.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Surf Dweller. The place was clean, well equipped and all around homey.Right on the beach with a wonderful view and close to all attractions. All in all, a wonderful stay and for sure we will stay there again during our next visit.

Beautiful view of emerald waters!

We love Okaloosa Island. the condo was nice with a few love dings here and there. Overall cozy and comfortable! The beds were comfortable! . But there is no beach chairs or umbrella for use daily. There are a few in the room but not beach service. So it’s kinda a hassle to have to carry chairs down every day. The tv in the second room had NO tv access to anything to watch. But we got in touch with the management and they supplied us with a fire stick to use during our stay. The dryer could use a massive update! It’s horrible!! They have tall balcony chairs to overlook the beautiful water this is a bonus! Out of all the codes we were giving NONE of them worked except to our room. With no way to get in touch with the host after hours we had to trust in other patrons to allow us access to the areas like the pool, beach, pool bathrooms, gym, and tennis court. But we managed. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again. :-)

Disappointed

Upon entering, there was a musty smell. Could use some updated appliances/furnishings. Seemed clean enough when we unpacked midday. Then we returned from supper that night, turned on the lights and roaches were all over the kitchen! Very sickening. And that’s very upsetting because the location is great. Beach access is awesome as well. I did send an email to the rental company inquiring about a few concerns (no paper towels or dish soap provided) and they never responded. Not having the items was not a big deal, would have just like to have known before arrival.

Great location!!

This location right on the beach was great. The condo was very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. A few negatives, the dishwasher was gross and rusty on the inside. So I hand washed all the dishes. The one shower head was pretty clogged and didn’t spray well. One side of the kitchen countertop had sagged a few inches lower than it’s original location. This was very noticeable and just looked like some maintenance had been ignored. Overall I would give this place a good rating. The location was right on the beach which is what I really wanted. The balcony overlooking the beach was large. The place was very clean. It had several beds so my teenage kids didn’t have to sleep together.

Surf Dweller

I feel like the Surf Dweller condominium was very family friendly. It wasn’t overly crowded in our area! Very short distance from boardwalk to the beach, which is perfect!! I feel like it was odd that the pool is in front of the condos, instead of the back where you can have a beach view while in the pool, but in the grand scheme of things, that wasn’t an issue. Our unit could probably use some updating, and carpet in a condo these days also seems odd to me, but maybe that’s just me! I would recommend this condominium to my friends/family.

Hot Property

Location was great, but property was disappointing. Carpet is old and stained. Didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. A/C was not able to cool master bedroom. Recommend at least providing a fan. PS. This is an edited review since VRBO, Property Manager and Owner were obviously embarrassed about the rate I referenced in first review.

Spacious Condo for 8 people

Me and my friends really enjoyed this beachfront condo. Although the check in office is a little drive from the actual location, the management was easy to communicate. We had a technical problem and it was fixed right away. The condo staff were really helpful and friendly. The day of our checkout, we lost one of our car keys and accidentally threw it in the trash, we were so worried but Ryan (the one who manage the beach umbrellas) and one of the staff I forgot his name. They dug in the trash just to help us and found it! Thank you so much for the excellent costumer service and for the friendly staff.
