Cet incroyable condo de 2 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain à Waterscape est magnifique. Les deux chambres ont des salles de bains privées, chacune avec une baignoire surdimensionnée pour se détendre. Il y a aussi une demi-bain supplémentaire. Il y a un roi le premier maître et un lit king dans la deuxième chambre principale. Il y a aussi des couchettes dans une petite alcôve - les enfants adorent ça! Un canapé-lit dans le salon signifie que 8 personnes peuvent dormir ici confortablement.
La cuisine a des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Il y a un joli balcon privé, plusieurs zones de cuisson, et une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour plus de commodité.
Maintenant, à propos de Waterscape - c'est fabuleux! La cour vous fera penser que vous êtes dans un hôtel 6 étoiles des Caraïbes. Il y a QUATRE piscines, dont une avec une rivière paresseuse, une avec entrée nulle et cascades et une spécialement pour les tout-petits. Il y a 2 bains à remous. Il y a un café au bord de la piscine pour des collations, des boissons, de la bière et même des boissons glacées.
Une soir��e cinéma hebdomadaire dans la piscine et des activités quotidiennes pour les enfants feront le bonheur de tous. L'immense accès à la plage comprend des douches et des stations de lavage des pieds. Unit was nice enough and mostly clean. Parking garage was very close so that was super convenient for unloading and loading. Overall I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another trip!

Perfect For Fuds

We were in town for a week long volleyball tournament. This place was within walking distance which is exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of room for all of us, everything worked well except the fan in the master room (only slow setting worked). There was plenty of towels and things to use for the whole group and the pools/hot tubs was the highlight.

Great resort pictures need updates

The property owner was great. The provided all the information we needed. The condo needs some updating. The dining table top was very water damaged and warped. I had to buy a tablecloth to use the table. The picture of the view from the balcony needs an update. The view is now of the parking lot of the neighboring hotel. Other than that the condo was great.

Kids destination for fun!

The resort is perfect for young kids with activities day and night, lazy river, toddler splash pad, shallow pool and lily pad crossing. This condo has good space for a small family. It could use some upgrades in furnishings and a deep clean but overall ok. We've stayed in another condo on the property that was far superior for relatively same price. Disappointed that the balcony overlooked parking lot :( It was overall fine for our family but will pay more attention to listing and reviews next booking.

Property was well kept and very spacious. We found all the beds to be extremely comfortable.

The condo may have used to have a great view but to us the veranda was completely useless as there were construction workers gawking at us if we attempted to lay out. There are new hotels going up so don't expect to see any ocean from this room. The only real perk was that parking was very close and the walk to the pools was not bad either. If I stay at waterscape again we will choose a room that is at least higher up for an ocean view.

Perfect location

Perfect location with access to the beach and all the pools. This unit could be updated. The main living space TV didn’t work and the floors left your feet black even from the first time we walked in. The oven was questionable if it was safe to use or not. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be better, our kids didn’t sleep well on them. Which is a big deal for a family vacation. :)

Love waterscape, didn't care for the room, no view. Last minute during a hurricane, not complaining, just hope to never have to make a decision on a condo that fast again. Got evacuated from Panama City Beach on Monday and went to FWB. Have always liked FWB better. Never got arm bands and asked several times, thd property was understanding since it wasn't full.

Wonderful stay at Beachside Condo!

We enjoyed our short stay at our condo in building A at Waterscape! From 235A, the pools were just a short walk. The kids loved the splash pads and pools with waterfall. The adults loved the convenience of the bar that sold drinks and food (including great daiquiris!) near the pool area. The beach is a little walk from where our condo was located, but definitely worth it! The beach was beautiful. The sand is like powder. We brought a tent and was able to put it behind the row of beach chairs they provide. As far as the condo itself, we found it clean and accommodating. There were 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1/2 bath. There is a nook near the kitchen area that offers a bunk bed with a little space to place luggage. The 2 bedrooms and living room space have doors to the balcony, which overlooks the road and nearby stores/condo's. We would definitely book again!

well equipped, nice and large with lots of room to move around. beautiful balcony with peekaboo gulf views. The only problem was the communication of the door codes. It was sent to my email and I thought it would come by text. I don't do email on my phone. The smaller bedroom balcony door did not lock. The locking mechanism would only protrude quarter of an inch, not enough to lock. Caused my friend some discomfort.

It seemed like the place had not been cleaned in years. Also it snarled terrible when we got there. If you walked barefoot in any room your feet were instantly black. And that was when we got there . The rest of the condo was nasty too. Walls had visible dust all over them. Also it had a great view of the back of Waffle House. The listing made it seem like the pools were the view. But that was not the problem. It was just gross

It's filthy and needs to be upgraded

The place is so filthy. The walls have been spackled, but not painted. The quality of the furniture is so bad, it's worse than walmart cubes. Not for daily use. the only pan has been cooked with a fork so many times you can't even use it. The night we arrived the AC was broken. They got it fixed by lunch the next day. Eveyone at the management company was great to deal with. I understand they are at the mercy of what the condo owner will supply. My advice to the management company: make the owner step up and paint, make upgrades or DROP THIS PROPERTY!!! It makes your company look so bad. I took a ton of pictures but the site doesn't let me upload them. Their picture of the "view" misrepresents the actual view. I think someone hung themselves over the balcony to take it.

This was our second time staying at Waterscape. We definitely love it with young children. This was our first time staying with Real Joy Vacation Rentals. The first thing we were not excited about was not being able to obtain our wristbands until we checked into our condo at 4 PM. If you book through Vacassa you can pick up your wrist bands at any time and enjoy the pool area until your condo is ready. This particular unit was nice and close to the parking garage making it easy to unload suitcases and groceries. The unit could use some TLC as general wear and tear was starting to show on the unit and furnishings. It also lacked cleanliness (food dried on pots and pans in the cabinets). There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, not enough for a 5 day stay. There was only enough towels (8) that each of us only had one and had to wash them ourselves. The internet did not work in the unit and we had to call tech support ourselves. They said they would send a technician out but never did. We were able to get connected to a nearby room’s internet on day two to get by. This unit is the furthest from the pool area/beach. The condo did not come with a beach chair/umbrella included, unlike other rental companies. There was no rugs inside the unit so sand tracked all over. The cleaning person showed up at 9:55 on our departure day before we had left. If you can get past all the things mentioned above, the pool area and beach is amazing!

Perfect trip

I booked this trip last minute for my kids and I. I had no idea what to expect as usually I do a lot more research. The unit was very clean and larger than I thought it would be. Plenty of room for me and 5 kids. They all loved and fought over the bunk beds. There are two rooms with a king bed and each room had a large private bathroom. There was also an additional powder room right by the bunk beds so this made plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The unit also had a coach bed which we didn't end up needing. My husband wasn't able to come on the trip since it was last minute so I was dreading having to unload groceries and luggage into the condo without his help. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you could park right by the door. It made loading and unloading while keeping an eye on the kids a breeze. Also the unit is on the same level as the pools and beach so it's an easy stroll right out the door. All of my kids were 11 and under and they loved the monkey bars across the pool and the lazy river. You can also rent beach chairs and an umbrella right next to the water so you don't have to pack and bring your own. The beach is very clean and beautiful. We could walk to eat or have a short drive to some other places and grocery store. The only slight complaint I have is the bedding was kind of itchy and not very comfortable. The beds were comfortable just not the sheets.... So maybe add some new sheets. Our favorite part of the trip was the beautiful fireworks on the beach on one of the evenings. I was very happy with our trip and it was very convenient and fun for a quick get away. I will be booking this unit again for sure.

Not what was advertised AT ALL.

This was our first time back to Florida in almost 9 years and was a disappointment all around where the room was concerned. Our family chose not to allow it to ruin our time, we only had a few days in Florida to spend. Outdated, broken and dirty furniture, nothing had really been cleaned besides linens on big beds being changed upon our arrival. Pretty much everything else was filthy including the used bathing suit liner that was stuck on the balcony floor. Someone had also cut the heat on so the room was almost 75 with heat steadily flowing. It was pretty warm the first night stay, but it did eventually cool off. The cable boxes were basic and had trouble working properly constantly. It was most definitely not worth the $1300 we had to pay for it for only 4 days and our only view from this unit was of a construction site, a parking lot, and people walking their dogs to use the bathroom from other hotels next door. The manager made out like he was very concerned and would do whatever he could to make it up to us, especially so a bad review wasn’t given specially on this unit, that was his main concern, not us or the condition of the place! The resort itself had issues and with the pools and lazy River also not working properly. It all seemed to be lacking in maintenance over all.. However the walk to the beach from the resort was really convenient. We learned our lesson and will definitely be booking elsewhere/through another company if we are able to return in the future.

Fall Break Vacation

The condo was amazing! Two master suites and extra 1/2 bath was amazing! The location was amazing! We will definitely be back! The only thing I can recommend for this condo is a bakers rack to hold groceries! Love, love, love this place!

Wonderful place!

We loved staying here with our 3 small children! Unfortunately, the kid pool was out of order the entire week we were there but there were plenty of other kid-friendly options to enjoy. The only thing we noticed that could be improved upon is floor cleaning. Our feet were black and covered in sand our first night - before we’d even stepped a foot on the beach. I just vacuumed and did a quick mop over. We would absolutely stay here again! Very kid-friendly inside and out(parking garage/pool access, etc)!
