Ce condo en front de mer de 2 chambres est situé au 3Úme étage du magnifique complexe Summerlin! Si vous cherchez un complexe décontracté et plus petit loin des routes trÚs fréquentées et des plages bondées, cet endroit est le bon pour vous! Grand plan d'étage ouvert, la vue magnifique vous accueillera dÚs que vous entrerez. Chambre des maßtres sur la plage avec entrée sur le balcon face à la plage! La cuisine a une grande ßle que tout le monde aime et préparer des repas est un jeu d'enfant. La vue depuis le 3Úme étage est tout simplement incroyable. Des kilomÚtres et des kilomÚtres de sable blanc sucré et d'eau vert émeraude - la thérapie de plage parfaite! De mars à octobre, c'est la saison des services de plage! Le condo est livré avec 2 chaises et 1 parasol mis en place sur la plage pour vous tous les jours de votre séjour - GRATUIT!


Cet espace a plusieurs des mĂȘmes caractĂ©ristiques que nos autres unitĂ©s Summerlin, y compris une cuisine complĂšte, un long Ăźlot, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur et un balcon du salon Ă  la chambre. Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

A wonderful time away

The location of this condo is truly wonderful. Gorgeous sugar sand beach, big blue sky, emerald waters and and warm sun... all just steps away. Our boys enjoyed the updated TV in their room and I appreciated all updated comforters on the beds. The condo is clean and spacious (felt bigger than the photos). We enjoyed eating our lunches on the large balcony. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool (although it could have been a little warmer for me). The beach service with chairs and umbrella was wonderful. The mattresses probably could all be replaced but we all still slept well. The condo complex felt quiet at night too which was a bonus.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Check-in was a breeze. Our condo was even ready 3 hours before schedule. We found everything exactly as described in the listing. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was perfect. Beach views from the balcony are gorgeous! We went during college spring break but still there were no signs of rowdy crowds on the island. Everyone looking for party just had to cross the bridge to Destin, though. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Over all the condo was awesome. Bath tub was slippery and needed some anti slip strips and toilet seat was broken, but over all the room was great, and we will be back again. It was quite and relaxing.

Lovely condo, great location

This was our family's first trip to the Emerald Coast. The accomodations were perfect. Pool was nice compliment to pristine beach. Chair and umbrella service was a bonus. We will definitely be back!

Very helpful management team

We rented this property because our friends were staying in this same condo building. When we arrived there had been a leak from the HVAC unit that had completely saturated half the master bedroom floor area. After notifying them of the issue, they were able to locate a vacant unit in another building that would fit my family while being close enough to our friends and moved us there in hopes that by Monday they could have the situation resolved. They were very nice and allowed us to just complete our stay in the new unit instead of having to pack up and move again. The beaches were great. Wonderful food options near by. Facilities were good. The elevator was a little touch and go but that’s not the managements fault. We didn’t use the pool or the grills but they looked well enough. Thanks for helping make my family vacation a great one.

Fabulous 5 Days in 303

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! The views were picture perfect! I fell asleep on my balcony several nights, sitting there listening to waves. We originally booked for 4 nights, but were thankful it was available an extra night, so stayed 5! We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again & again! The check in process is quick & convenient. Check out is the same. We loved the door code instead of keys, too! The mattress in the master could be replaced, but I was too busy sleeping listening to the waves to mind much. The place smelled SO clean upon checking in! EXCELLENT cleaning service! I suggest a bigger tv in the kid’s room, but our son loved the couch & tv in the living room, so it was wasn’t a problem for us. Overall I have no complaints, only 2 minor suggestions. We will be back 303! Thanks for the amazing 5 nights!

Excellent stay

My family of 4 stayed here for one week (July 2019). All communications were excellent. The room was exceptionally clean. They provided a nice starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels which meant I didn't have to go to the grocery store immediately upon arrival - a nice touch. The pool was nice and there was great beach access. If anything, I'd say the condo is larger and nicer than the photos make it appear. The kitchen is fantastic! The washer and dryer are HUGE and commercial machines - so you can throw in all your beach towels and clothes and everything fits. I've stayed in condos in the Destin/FWB area at least a dozen times all at this price point and this was one of the nicest ones for sure. The keyless entry meant not having to spend any time going to a management company or front desk to check in/out. We'll be back to Summerlin 303 next year!
