CETTE UNITÉ A UNE EXIGENCE DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI PENDANT LA SAISON DE POINTE! Ce 5ème étage 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec lits superposés, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes! Tout l'espace dont vous avez besoin avec des vues incroyables! Chambre des maîtres sur la plage ainsi que le salon. L'unité a été ENTIÈREMENT MISE À JOUR récemment, ainsi que les mises à jour de salle de bain principale PERSONNALISÉES qui incluent l'installation d'un beau ** WALK-IN ne seront pas déçus dans le PI 504. L'unité a des télévisions à écran plat partout, avec un milieu du siècle, des meubles modernes, des œuvres d'art originales et un espace de bureau situé dans la chambre principale.

Beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde dans cette magnifique unité! Les vues sont incroyables, le mobilier est confortable, ce condo est à voir absolument! Barbecues, WIFI GRATUIT, piscine face à la plage et bain à remous.


La chambre principale est richement colorée avec de subtils accents tropicaux. Faites une sieste dans la chaise en peluche près de la fenêtre, ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous dans la salle de bain principale.


Le balcon du cinquième étage à l'extérieur du salon offre une vue spectaculaire sur la plage et est parfait pour les gens qui regardent ou regardent les étoiles. Ci-dessous est une cour en herbe, et la piscine et le bain à remous sont en vue juste à l'est de la deuxième promenade sur la propriété à l'extrémité ouest. Le 504 est un excellent emplacement, vous êtes suffisamment loin pour ne pas vous soucier des bruits de la piscine et des bains à remous, mais vous êtes à distance pour voir les deux commodités afin de pouvoir suivre ces adolescents.

Beautiful, peaceful location

Perfect location with a perfect view! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but I know that it’s hard to keep a condo on the beach perfectly clean. The rooms were roomy. The access to the ocean was easy. It’s in a perfect, quiet, family atmosphere.

We stay at this property every year, my partner and I have came here together the last 7 years and i started this vacation as a girlfriend and left as a fiancé!! We will continue to return year after year because this has always been our happy place but it’s now even more special. The condo was amazing and the master having its own balcony was amazing we kept the curtains open every night and just watched the stars. Can’t wait to book again. We will see yall next year!

We Love Pelican Isle!

This was our third stay at Pelican Isle and it did not disappoint. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I had sore backs every morning after sleeping on the mattress, which was the only negative about our stay. We really enjoyed the double balcony and the fact that the master bedroom was beachfront. We will definitely return to Pelican Isle.

Positives: The location was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Updates that were done are nice too. Negatives: The pool gets busy at times. The place was not very clean. The vents in the bathrooms were gross, the bed sheets were clean but they were ripped, and we can tell that the floors didn’t get mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on the tile floors in the living room/kitchen. Overall, would stay here again!

First night the Master bedroom tv wouldn’t turn on, I submitted a maintenance request and the following morning (A SUNDAY) a maintenance man was there with a brand new tv to replace it! You can’t beat service like that! Room was clean on arrival and had great views of the beach! 10/10 recommend staying here

Family getaway

The condo had a beautiful view. The living room furniture was shabby. The curtains had stains. The kitchen counters were filthy. The master bathroom shower was moldy and gross! I had to scrub the bathroom and clean the bathroom and kitchen with a cleaner that I had to purchase when we arrived. I did let the property manager know the next morning because we arrived after 5:00 pm. They said oh you should have called us and we would have sent emergency cleaners over. Overall it was a place to stay however it was 3 stars at best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice! Love the master on the Gulf. Only complaint was master sheets would not stay on bed. Way too little!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and comfortable. We have already booked the unit for next year! The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided. I would suggest that the kitchen be restocked. There were no plastic bowls with lids for storing food and there was only one very small skillet. All other kitchen items were plentiful. My husband suggests replacing the living room chair with one he can nap in. HaHa

Nice place to stay.

Communication was great. The condo was great. The kids had a great time. We had no issues at all on our stay. We will be coming back for sure.
