Located on the same level as the bustling Beachview Restaurant, this romantic little retreat is one of just two hidden micro studios that offer a totally unique stay in the heart of island life.

As you make your way through the restaurant and toward the back, you’ll find your escape waiting. Inside, your queen sofa bed is already made with a plush memory foam topper — so soft, you’ll forget it’s a sofa bed at all. A kitchenette makes it easy to whip up something light, and the modern walk-in shower in the back is perfect after a long beach day.

Whether it’s a last-minute getaway or a planned escape with someone special, this space has everything you need: easy, intimate, and close to it all. Just drop your bags, take a breath, and fall into island time.

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind beach stay, this is it. This modern micro studio is located inside the Beachview Restaurant building — one of the most popular new spots on the island — and just steps from the sand!

One of only two exclusive micro units available, this space is designed for travelers who want something different. The main bed is a sofa bed that’s always set up as a queen, complete with a plush memory foam topper so it feels more like a real bed (no folding required). You’ll also find a kitchenette, beautifully tiled walk-in shower, smart TV, and modern finishes throughout.

Heads up: this spot is in the heart of the action and can be lively while the restaurant is open. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be your vibe. But if you’re down for a unique, energetic stay just steps from amazing food and the beach, this is your dream setup.

Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. The front desk does not manage this property, so please contact us directly if you need anything during your stay.

Luggage carts are available in the lobby for guests to use when checking in or checking out. Please note that the Islander has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of your neighbors during your stay.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone.

The condo is equipped with a starter kit of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay.

The Islander is located on the beach, so guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and other beach activities right outside their door. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance or a short drive from the Islander.

Please also note that the heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system. When the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space.

If you need extra blankets or pillows, please let us know before 5 PM. There is an extra linen fee of $40 as we do not stock extra linens for the sleeper sofa, but we will happily drop off linens if given notice. The unit is not childproofed in any way. We are happy to host families with kids, however, nothing has been childproofed. There may be chemicals that are reachable to children, and there are no outlet covers, etc. Just know you will be responsible to make sure your children are safe in the unit.

House Rules - Community-Focused, Peaceful Stay

We kindly ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.

‱ This property is managed by local island hosts who live nearby and are available to assist if any issues arise during your stay.
‱ Guests are expected to respect all house rules, check-in and check-out times, and the peaceful enjoyment of the property.
‱ We operate this short-term rental to support our local community and ask guests to treat the home, neighbors, and surrounding area with care and consideration.
‱ No parties, events, or unauthorized guests allowed.
‱ No smoking or vaping inside the property.
‱ Pets are only allowed with prior approval (if applicable).
‱ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
‱ Any maintenance or concerns should be reported promptly so we can address them as your responsive local hosts.
‱ All reservations must be fully paid, and all communication must remain on the Airbnb platform for guest safety and support.
‱ Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Thank you for helping us keep our linens fresh, clean, and comfortable for all guests.

Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.
