Lovely beach-front condo with free beach setup.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads.

Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's.

We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.

FREE BEACH SERVICE: Walking up and renting the beach service each day down on the shore would cost you $25/day. Ouch! Instead, we have contracted for one set-up of two lounge chairs and an umbrella for your stay. The beach service is available in season between March 1 and October 31.

Kitchen: Full set of brand new and high-quality stainless steel appliances along with a brand new Keurig machine (please bring your coffee pods). Chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, and more. Don't forget the wonderful view of the gulf.

Living room: Brand new smart TV with Netflix, furniture and beach themed decorations.

Dining table seats 4, bar stools seat 2 additional.

Bedroom: Brand new flooring, decorations and smart TV with Netflix.

Laundry: Brand new stackable front load washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs .

Bathrooms: Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower.

Parking: The condo has 1 assigned covered parking spot in the ground floor garage.

We provide a complimentary welcome package: Startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo and lotion sets in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided.

Pelican Isle is an ideal family resort located in the peaceful Okaloosa Island (only a few minutes west of Destin) right on the beach. Unlike Destin and Panama City, this quiet island paradise in Fort Walton Beach has no noisy through-traffic. Perfect getaway for your family! It is very conveniently located, only 2.4 miles to the Board Walk and a few minutes away from many shops, restaurants, and bars.

Pelican Isle has direct access to 300-foot stretch of powder-white, sun-drenched beach (no need to cross any roads), beach service/rental beach setup in season (free with the unit), heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, beach services, free parking, DVD rental onsite and outdoor grills. Stroll peacefully in the morning along an endless beach of pristine powder-white sand. You can kick back on your balcony, listen to the surf, sip a cold beverage and enjoy the spectacular view. Sunsets are especially wonderful on the balcony. Sometimes, you may spot dolphins playing in the water right in front you. Or… walk out onto our pristine beachfront, lie out on the beach and soak up the sun. Enjoy swimming in crystal-clear, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s absolutely nothing between you and the beach... no road to cross.

If you arrive early, feel free to register at the front desk, get your parking pass and enjoy the beach and the pool. However we don't allow early check in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need time to prepare the condo. During low season, if your unit is ready for early check in, we will let you know.

We operate the rental ourselves and we want to make sure our guests have a great time in our condo. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. You have my personal cell-phone number. I answer sms texts very quickly. For any issues with TV and wifi, please contact the front desk and the maintenance personnel will help you.

Guests will have access to the whole condo and the resort amenities.

Our condo has a keyless entry door lock system so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

There are many restaurants, bars and shopping close by. All vehicles parked should display a parking pass/sticker obtained from the Pelican Isle front desk or maintenance office. Anyone arriving when the Pelican Isle front desk or maintenance office is closed should obtain the parking pass/sticker the next morning as soon as those offices reopen.

According to resort rules, guests under 25 can not book and/or stay by themselves in the unit. Only exception: married couples.

No pets are allowed at the Rental Property.

Pelican Isle is a non-smoking property, including all units, balconies, hallways, walkways, stairwells, the parking lot and all other common areas.
