This charming coastline view condo is located on the sixth floor. With a west-facing private balcony, #605 affords you the most beautiful sunset views! You can't beat the sights you'll take in; you will be dazzled by the colors produced at sunset. You're guaranteed to be taken by at least one sunrise or sunset during your stay in #605. To the North, there's a lovely view of the intracoastal Waterway, a bonus. The entertainment center for the 42-inch flat screen TV also features a DVD player and a CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and stove, along with all the dishes, toaster, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. There's even a Keurig coffee maker to help you start your day on the right foot.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The unit offers stunning views and is just a short walk to the beach. However, the outlets could use an update to better accommodate modern smart devices.

When we checked in there was only a top sheet and the mattress protector was stained. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. We immediately let them know and didn’t hear back from anybody until about 9 the next morning because they were closed for the holiday. When they replaced the sheets, we went to change it and the bottom mattress topper had a huge pee stain. It was gross. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and there was paint chipping off the walls, The towels had make up stains on them (not from us), Somebody got stuck in the elevator, and there is no counter space.The view was nice and We felt safe, but we will not stay at this property again.

It was okay.

Had the room been properly cleaned I would have enjoyed it more. Sheets and towels were dirty. Hair all over shower. (Gross). We found broken glass beside the pool. Upon arrival I asked for new sheets they told me they can’t change them for me so we had to re make the bed that we never even used.

Studio in the beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The weather was unfortunately cloudy/rainy the entire time we were there. I know that there’s nothing you can do about it, so we made the most of it! The studio was plenty big for the two of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We liked the area - close to a lot of shops and stores but still quiet. We would recommend adding a smart tv on the chance of bad weather like we had in order for more viewing options. Also, the kitchen could be more stocked with cooking items like seasoning (salt and pepper at least) oil etc.

Perfect for a couple

The condo was clean, bed very comfy, and the view was amazing! There was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly (had to flush 3-4 times just to get TP down), but it wasn’t an emergency, and I think it’s only because the toilet is older. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

Far from everything, but nice.

Nice property but there are no restaurants or bars within walking distance. Closest is almost 2 miles away. It is really nice for people that want peace and quiet. Hope this review helps someone.

Relaxing and great location

Celebrating 20th anniversary! Great little room for the two of us. It’s basically a studio apartment. Windows are on the west side, so you get a great view of the sunset, but no sunrise to wake you up early 😉We had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing salt, pepper, and whatever spices or sauces you want to season your food. You’ll also need to bring oil. We didn’t think about towels for the beach. You’ll need those too! There are six bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 washcloths. There is no washer/dryer, so bring extra or plan to use the laundromat. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, across the commons and the length of the boardwalk. Beach service is included and that’s a huge plus in my opinion! That made it a much more relaxing vacation-no hauling or set up required!

Loved it!

Was overall very impressed with this condo. Had a beautiful view of the gulf coast. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint and it wasn’t a big deal was the water pressure in the shower was horrible but we managed. Vacasa was amazing to deal with and made the entire process very painless. Checked in on us often to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely book through them again!

Islander stay

Our overall experience was wonderful. However we did have to clean our room when we arrived because it had not been cleaned well. There was still food on the table and coffee spill on the night stand. The sheets were not the right size for the bed so they came off the mattress every night. The cabinet doors were dirty and the coffee pot and microwave could use to be upgraded. Despite the problems in the room the wonderful staff and beach service made it a great time!

Not what I expected

First, you could not get a hold of the company at all before arrival with questions. I expected Oceanfront, this is not oceanfront this is oceanview. It is a older building, we were awakened to terrible drilling from construction on Saturday morning. I told the desk operator but nothing was done about it. The elevator broke during our stay and the air conditioner did not work well. It was very expensive for this type of room. Really disappointed!!

A little old
but nice

The place is older than it looks online. Even though the condo was just renovated, there were things that reminded you that you were in a much older building. I am a stickler for attention to the details. The kitchen utensils, oven, air conditioner, were older. You can’t even control the temperature of the air/heat!! Therefore, for the money, I felt it was over priced.

My husband and I stayed at this property to celebrate a late honeymoon after eloping last year. It was perfect! The view was so nice and the room was better than pictured and the bed was truly wonderful. We have the property saved for trips in the future.
