Islander 7004: Cuisine somptueuse, emplacement complet, service BEACH GRATUIT et plus

Les améliorations se poursuivent au fil des ans dans l'unité 7004 afin que tout reste au-dessus des normes dans ce condo. Cette unité dispose de couchages pour six personnes, il est livré avec deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et un balcon privé donnant sur notre belle plage côtière d'émeraude.
Meubles de balcon de style PVC dans l'unité 7004, plus des chaises supplémentaires pour que chacun puisse avoir une place. C'est un luxe que tous les condos n'ont pas, c'est un gros avantage de louer ce deux chambres au dernier étage. Les lits jumeaux dans la chambre sont idéaux pour les enfants. Sans oublier qu'ils auront leur propre entrée de salle de bain, donc vos vacances restent PRIVÉES! Le salon face au golfe affiche un nouveau décor avec des couleurs vibrantes gardant un thème côtier et de la peinture fraîche. Commencez votre journée en famille dans cette chambre confortable et regardez les dauphins jouer dans le golfe. Vous ferez des souvenirs avec vos enfants qui dureront au tout début de la journée! Après un copieux petit-déjeuner, rassemblez vos glacières, lotions et serviettes et enfilez vos maillots de bain. Faites mousser les enfants avec une protection solaire, mettez vos lunettes de soleil et partez à la plage! Great location, very nice condo

We had a great stay here. The condo was very nice and clean and the complex was quiet. Great location, right on the beach. The one thing that we didn’t realize from the photos is the wall on the East side is pretty significant and blocks some of the view in that direction.

Beautiful beach view with great service

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful site.

Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

Great view of the beach

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water! Good location. Not right in the middle of things, but close enough to get to what you want.

The pull out couch was not useable due to brown stains on the mattress, which is likely a spilled coke or something similar but looked bad so we did not use it to sleep 2 of us! The master bedroom had a dead roach between the fitted sheet & top sheet!!! The ceiling fan in the twin bed room has a terrible ticking noise but thankfully there was a box fan in the closet we used & turned off the ceiling fan.

The only negative things I have are the bed was very uncomfortable and headboard kept hitting the wall everytime you move in the bed which was annoying because I didn’t want neighbors to complain if we had any and the dishes were not clean at all, I pulled out a pan that had crumbs in it and a bowl that was very greasy so I didn’t like I basically had to wash my dishes before I used them. We are having our wedding there next year in May and that’s why we chose to stay in one of the condos there, it is a little scary because I don’t want my family and friends to experience those things as they are very picky but it’s a nice little resort.
