Vous allez adorer la sensation mise à jour de ce condo, tout le travail de carreaux sur mesure, les comptoirs et les douches vous feront vivre la vie durant votre séjour au 4006 Islander !! Il y a eu tellement de travail dans ce condo, et les mises à jour continuent. Matelas à oreiller dans la chambre principale est super confortable après une longue journée à la plage. De la terrasse privée qui est ouverte à la fois le salon et la salle à manger / cuisine, vous pouvez garder un œil sur les activités autour de la piscine et la plage. Les grandes fenêtres donnent au soleil de Floride amplement d'espace pour entrer dans cette disposition ouverte. Il n'y a pas d'autre choix que d'être étonné quand vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir les levers et les couchers de soleil de notre côte du golfe du Mexique d'un endroit que vous pouvez appeler chez vous. Asseyez-vous sur les meubles BISTRO HEIGHT sur votre balcon privé et sirotez votre café tous les matins et profitez de la PAIX et de la RESTAURATION. C'est le meilleur moyen de calmer l'âme. Last minute 4th of July getaway

The unit was as advertised. We chose Ft. Walton Beach specifically to avoid the crowds you find at Destin during the 4th of July holiday. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful beach just moments away from the condo. It was a nice surprise to get free umbrella and beach chairs for each day of our stay!

Great location on Santa Rosa Blvd, good parking out front, condo was very close to the elevator, condo was equipped with everything you need, and was beautifully decorated with updated appliances, and was just a very short walk just outside the door to the beach. We will definitely request this condo again.

Pretty updates, but not everything was functional

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The updates to the condo were gorgeous and the kitchen design was genius. The guest bed was terrible, we ended up having to go buy a pillow top mattress pad to make it bearable to sleep on & it was wobbly. Then, one night the bed completely broke when getting up to go to the restroom. The couple staying in the room is about to have a baby so she went sleep on the floor at 8 months pregnant since the sofa is meant for looks and not to actually be sat on since it’s so uncomfortable, not wide enough to sleep on, and there’s also no pull out bed. Brooks and Shorey came to our rescue and replaced the bed frame quickly but I hope the owners get an actual bed. Atleast 3 of the electrical outlets did not work but it was the broken outside one that was the most inconvenient.

King bed mattress seemed too be a little worn out on sides. Over all I LOVED the location and view was amazing. I have walking issues and the unit was very convenient from elevator, pool, and beach. Look forward to staying again. Brooks and Shorey is always very helpful with any of their rentals.

Loved the view

We loved the view for sure !!! The space was nice and bathrooms roomy and plenty of towels. We could have used extra pillow cases for the other pillows as we like to use two each. We decided not to rent a car and just used Uber and Lyft, which ended up saving us a couple hundred $, as the rentals were so expensive. We would stay here again.

Rooms weren’t as clean, bed sheets on inside out. Elevators didn’t work the last couple of days. We left item(expensive) in room, upon realization we contacted Brooks and Shorey and was unable to be put in contact with cleaning crew or anyone to help retrieve the item.
