Family friendly beach front condo with tons of amenities

The amenities for our unit are shared among 3 properties. Onsite we have private beach access, 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), a hot tub, picnic tables, charcoal grills and a gym. There are no additional fees associated with the property unless you choose to rent beach chairs and/or an umbrella. We do provide 2 backpack style beach chairs in the unit that you are welcome to take to the beach.

Across the street at our sister property Destin West Bayside is the 700-foot lazy river that lights up at night, 3 pools (2 seasonally heated) which include one with a waterfall, 1 wading pool, 2 hot tubs, picnic area with charcoal grills. The amenities are accessible by a pedestrian bridge conveniently located 2 floors below Villa 503 on the 3rd floor.

Destin West Gulf Side also shares amenities with its neighbor, The Island, which offers a pool with a swim up grotto bar. Several eating/bar options such as Fish House, Tripp Tide Beach Bar, and a food truck.

Destin West is a gulf front condominium complex. While the unit is located on the beach it is not what one would consider "gulf front" since the unit is located on the side of the complex and does not face the beach. It does however have gulf and bay views from the balcony as seen in the pictures. It is approximately a 4-minute walk to the beach from the unit down a private beach access.

There are gulf front restaurants within a short walk on the beach such as Rockin Tacos and The Crab Trap. There are also family friendly activities such as The Gulfarium, Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone and the fishing pier within walking distance.

Enjoy all the Villa has to offer such as views of the gulf and bay from the balcony as well as a fully stocked kitchen which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove top. The bathroom offers a large garden tub and walk-in shower. Kick back and relax and watch a movie on the big screen TV after a long day at the beach.
