Welcome to your French-inspired retreat on Okaloosa Island! This stunning home blends elegance with rustic charm and is located just steps away from the beach access #1. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to a wide range of island activities, restaurants, and bars, giving you the best of both worlds.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the warmth of the beautiful tongue and groove cottage ceiling, which runs throughout the entire home. The kitchen, located to your right, is fully equipped with modern black stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, an air fryer stove, and a pot filler above the stove for ultimate convenience. A premium Keurig coffee machine with a milk frother and a coffee filter attachment is also provided, so you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee.

This beautiful retreat offers the ultimate in comfort and health, with a state-of-the-art RainSoft water filtration system that provides the purest and softest water for your body. The separate faucet next to the main one dispenses the highest quality reverse osmosis water for hydrating and cooking. The upstairs washer is designed with an O3 water infuser, which washes your clothes without the need for detergent, making it better for the environment and your skin. The HVAC system has also been treated to ensure that the air in the home is pure and healthy, so you can breathe easy.

The living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, with charming design elements such as handmade tractor seat barstools, an ottoman, bench, and a 1920's imported antique barn door that transport you to the French countryside. Relax on the comfortable leather sofa in front of the 55-inch RoKu television, or work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area.

Take in the fresh ocean air from the enclosed patio, complete with comfortable lounging furniture, or admire the beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. During peak season, you can even catch a firework show right from the comfort of your bed! The upstairs bedroom features a Sven and Sons split king bed with a 14-inch luxury memory foam mattress for ultimate relaxation and recovery.

The full bathroom, with its walk-in tile shower and concrete double vanity sink, is the perfect place to freshen up after a long day at the beach. And, with the stacked washer and dryer, you can keep your clothes and linens fresh during your stay. The boardwalk is just a short walk away, and Beach Access #1 and Stewby's restaurant are just minutes from the home. Please note that this townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
We provide basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also provide fresh linens and towels, so no need to bring your own.
The townhouse is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart TV, so you can stay connected or catch up on your favorite shows.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries, toilet paper, and paper towels. For extended stays, guests will need to purchase additional supplies.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone.

LOCALS: Locals must communicate with the host before booking.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after (unless early check-in is paid and confirmed). Please confirm with the host before booking using the Airbnb app messenger if early check-in is required. If early check-in is possible, the Guest agrees to pay a $50 early check-in fee. We kindly ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. *BED LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR COUCH OR SOFA BEDS, IF YOU NEED LINENS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED BEFORE 5PM (as long as the request is accepted) EXTRA LINENS ARE $25 EXTRA PER SET*

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am. For the cleaner to have time to prepare for the next guest properly, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being entirely off of the property with keys in the required location. The guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time.

If late check-out is required, please confirm with the host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST:
Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

PROPERTIES WITH STAIRS: Please use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs.

PROPERTIES WITH BACKYARD/FRONT YARD: The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.

AGE: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 18.

SHOES: Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home.

WILD ANIMALS/PESTS: Some properties are near large bodies of water, swamp, or areas where wild animals roam. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!

SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at this property.

EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited.

REPORTING DAMAGE: The guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. If guest fails to address these issues within (1) hour they forfeit the right to request a refund, as the guest did not allow the host an opportunity to correct issues. Host will attempt to correct issue, and if it's not correct the guest will have an option to move to another property suggested by host and if the host is unable to provide alternative housing, airbnb will assist.

HAZARDS: It's the guests responsibility to report hazardous items to avoid an accident (Water spills, Brokens steps/Rails etc)

CHILDREN: We do not child-proof any of our units. There may be chemicals in reach, outlets are not covered, dressers and stands are not mounted to the wall. It's the parents responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to your child.
