Chercher le paradis? Ici c'est au El Matador! Doit être le plus recherché de villégiature familiale sur la Côte d'Emeraude. Un condominium isolé niché entre les belles dunes de sable blanc et les eaux émeraude scintillantes du golfe du Mexique.

El Matador est vraiment une station balnéaire. Juste deux miles de Santa Rosa Blvd à la fin de l'île, vous nous trouverez - isolé mais toujours à quelques minutes de toutes les commodités que Destin et Fort Walton Beach ont à offrir. Juste six miles en bas de l'autoroute. 98 vous pouvez profiter de Destin - "The Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village" - affréter un voyage privé ou emmener les enfants sur un bateau de groupe et prendre le dîner. Alors que dans Destin profiter de bons restaurants, faire du shopping, et jouer au golf sur certains des meilleurs terrains de golf dans le Panhandle de la Floride. Difficile de croire que vous pourriez avoir besoin d'un jour de congé de la plage, mais si vous prenez la famille à Big Kahunas Water Park dans le centre de la vieille Destin. Beautiful condo in a great location. We have stayed at the El Matador for years and years, and I can honestly say that this is by far the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. It looks like it must have been updated recently and felt extremely clean, which was one of the most important factors for me when searching for a condo because our 10 month old son would be crawling everywhere. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Very clean and fresh

Beautiful unit, very clean and newly renovated. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything you would need just bring your food. Bathroom was spacious and the shower is amazing. Bedding was luxurious and the mattress was very comfortable. Great location too just a few feet from the pool and beach entrance. Highly recommend!!!

Great Spot

July 6th-13th 2019 We have a two year old child and the room was PERFECT for us to get to the pool and back to the room. I counted 30 steps from the back of our room to the pool. Room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty of room to put your clothes. I would definitely get this room again. Thanks.

Property was as described. Room was nice. It could use some updates here and there but was clean. Kitchen and bath was furnished sufficiently. We really liked the ground floor unit. Very convenient for loading and unloading and a very short walk to the beach and pool. Loved the location being the last complex on a dead end road. Would definitely stay again and hopefully we'll get the chance soon.

Steps from the pool and beach and the beautiful grass off the patio where the kids can play is perfection! You can sit and relax and watch them play with their friends they’ve made. If you don’t want to make lifelong friends this isn’t the place for you ! We’ve stayed here for years and it’s so friendly and the perfect place .... Like going back in time with modern amenities ! This condo is updated and so clean and fresh and new !! Plan on staying here every year ! It’s our 3rd and we love it. Highly recommend !!

That is a must for my husband. The bed was comfortable and the TVs were great quality. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Bring your own paper towels. The walk to the pool is 30 steps. The beach is so close and the boardwalk is short with 4 steps at the bottom. The AJ Hollis team was wonderful to work with! You will go pick up a physical key but it is very close to the condo and on the way. We cannot wait to stay at El Matador 414 again in the future!
