Roomy Escape

My family of 5 and parents stayed in the condo for a week. We enjoyed being close to the pools and lazy river. Getting to the beach was a little trickier than expected, but our overall experience was good. We had a couple minor issues upfront that the hosts were helpful to resolve. Would recommend.

Lovely, we plan to be back!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed, lots of space, pools and lazy river area were great. The entire property ground were clean and well maintained daily. Location is close to everything. It was so nice to not have to bring our own beach chairs, there was even some sand toys and boogie boards.

Sure! Here's a rephrased version of your review:We had a fantastic stay at this location! The kids absolutely loved the lazy river, and being on the bay side made it perfect for fishing. The beach was stunning, with powdery white sand and clear emerald water—April brought ideal weather with temps in the 70s and 80s. Conveniently located next to the condo was a pontoon rental, which made our trip to Crab Island super easy and fun.The condo itself was incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax both together and apart. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area—it was perfect for lunches and dinners. We never felt cramped at all. The master bathroom was massive, practically the size of an extra bedroom, and the views from the master bedroom were breathtaking, especially at sunset over the bay.All in all, a wonderful stay—excellent location, beautiful condo, and lots of great memories made!

Family Spring Break

This was an amazing place and experience. Located in a great spot we were able to walk to shops and restaurants and were also close to a lot of other things if you wanted to take a short ride. Loved the convenience of the walking bridge over to the beach super short walk and with having bathrooms over on that side it was perfect! The condo was absolutely amazing we had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space never felt cramped. The place was super clean and had everything you could think of to need. Check in was super simple along with check out. The pool areas were great we loved the options available for all to enjoy. There was also a lot to explore right on the property.. We would definitely recommend.

Christmas on the Beach

We spent Christmas in Florida this year, and this condo did not disappoint! 3 large bedrooms (not just a hall with bunk beds) made extra space for both of our kids. This is the largest condo we have stayed at in the Destin West resort and we have stayed in many different buildings. I would definitely recommend this condo for its proximity to the lazy river, upgraded interior, and spacious rooms.

I've never dreamed of owning a condo before!

Amazing location, easy access to pool and beach alike, easy to wash off after the beach, just a dream vacation. We had a few issues with our dishwasher that they were helpful to resolve.

Fall Break Vacay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and fully equipped. We loved the amenities of the resort. Tons of pools and hot tubs and never too crowded. Check in and check out were super easy!

Beautiful condo

The condo was awesome, very roomy and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, enjoyed the bayside and loved the lazy river. The AC in the master bedroom was not working properly and it was pretty warm in there at night but on the day of check out someone was there to replace it. Would definitely book this condo again. We loved it.

Spring Getaway

Heron 307 was just the right condo for our needs as mom, dad, and 2 high school teens. We had plenty of space to relax, watch movies, and observe the storms roll in when we had bad weather in the area. On nice weather days, we enjoyed the balcony for sunrises. Definitely took advantage of the lazy river too. One of our favorite amenities!! This was our 2nd trip to Destin West Resort, Heron 307 was cleaner than past condo experiences in the area, especially the floors!! Clean floors, bathrooms, and counters are a big deal to me, and theirs won my approval. We can't wait to get back!

Great stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's is spacious and even the balcony is large. It is large but yet has privacy. Nice bathrooms and big enough kitchen to cook and move in. Only drawback was master bedroom mattress was pretty soft. Would definitely stay again

Family of 4 and Nana stayed a week! Loved the lazy river day and night! This condo had everything we needed to get our vacation under way. If you have young children, make sure to bring beach toys, boogie board with you or purchase on arrival. They supplied a wagon and chairs. Manager easy to reach and prompt with reply. Left a few recommendations for upcoming guests. This condo is beautifully decorated and easy access to the elevator. Would definitely stay again!

To be honest I was quite surprised by the condition of the flat (( the building was completed in 2004 )) & still the whole place looks beautiful & well taken care of
 overall I don’t think this will be my last visit to Destin as I already have fallen in love with the place. Keep up the amazing work .

Repeat visitor at this resort

We’ve rented condos at this resort three times now. Resort is always well maintained. Condo was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with equipment. Shower head in with master shower was broken when we arrived. I was promptly contacted by the manager to discuss and sent photos. They sent out a maintenance employee right away and replaced the shower head but not with a hand held. We didn’t end up using the master shower during our vacation because the head sprayed water straight out and there was an investigation about water leaking into lower level condo. Kids love the pools and lazy river. Staff does a good job making sure Destin West guests show proof before entering pool areas. Would return again!

Enjoyed our stay. The unit is well appointed and stocked. Even the pans and knives were nice. New couches. The beds were clean and comfortable. The family enjoyed the pools and convenience to gulf shore. The cleanliness was okay. I thought the floors, patio door and oven could have been better but no worse than I expected from a rental unit. I’m just picky. And yes, I’d rent that unit or another from Coastal Vibes again.

Great family condo

The condo is very spacious. We were able to seat 8 people around the table for our family gathering. The balcony is also great for those who need a little extra space away for too much family.
