Visit Bella Riva Resort on Okaloosa Island and experience Fort Walton Beach's most luxurious resort. This secluded, gated community features high ceilings, granite countertops, and travertine throughout each of our luxury beach condo rentals. All reservations receive free beach service between March 1 and October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella are provided by the professional beach vendor daily.

Your superior beach experience awaits your family of up to ten, with splendor and elegance found only at Bella Riva Resort. This amazing four bedroom beach rental is perfect for a family with children or teens. Our third-floor beach condo offers an open floor plan and modern luxury upgrades. From room-to-room, you will feel pampered and will never want to leave your beach vacation paradise.

You will first take in the luxurious feel of the Mediterranean architecture as you arrive. The gated resort offers privacy and security, allowing only residents of Bella Riva to enter. Vacationing in unit 205 includes two gated parking spaces, one being covered, as well as a private covered storage closet on ground level for you beach items. Keyless entry allows all members to have access to all areas. The lobby will impress your family and friends as you arrive. As you enter your private villa-style condominium, you will take in the elegance of travertine flooring, ten-foot ceilings, and extra spacious rooms and corridors.

Living Room:
The great room adjoins the dining area and luxury kitchen for an open floor plan. The living room features an unbeatable beach and ocean view with ten-foot wall-to-wall glass doors that open up to your own private balcony. This 10ft x 32ft beachfront balcony is the largest available on Okaloosa Island, and features plenty of seating for your family to dine outdoors. You'll never forget the breathtaking views from here as you look out over the beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Kitchen:
Our kitchen will leave you wanting to dine in. You will not find a more spacious and modern kitchen in all of Destin. Oversized cabinets are fully-stocked with cookware, flatware, and table settings. Our commercials stainless gas stove, oven, and refrigerator makes cooking for your large family a breeze. And you won't be missing out, as you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views from even here.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with balcony access and magnificent wall-to wall ocean view. Modern furnishings and two large walk-in closets provide plenty of storage for your clothing and luggage, so unpack and make yourself right at home. Adjoining the master bedroom is the master bath suite, which offers dual granite vanities, modern glass shower, and features a large central garden tub.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom-two features a comfortable queen bed . An adjoining private bathroom with full tub-shower and vanity giving everyone their own space and privacy. There is plenty of storage space to unpack and relax. A wall-mounted smart tv is standard in each room.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom-three features a cozy queen bed . An adjoining private bathroom with full tub-shower and vanity giving everyone their own space and privacy. A wall-mounted smart tv is also provided with wifi for streaming your favorite media.

Bedroom 4: The bunk room is perfect for all the little ones. Bunk beds align each wall, with 3 single-size and 1 double-size mattresse, there is enough room for up to five children to sleep and play. . A tv in this room will make their space feel right at home.

Bella Riva Resort in Fort Walton Beach is a short hop from many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go karting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just a drop of what Destin offers.

Parking: Free gated parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles. One space is covered, and one is uncovered. Other vehicles must be parked offsite, and may be parked at our office located in Fort Walton Beach.

Food: Dining options near the resort include Beachview Breakfast and Grill just a 2-minute walk away. The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. Also, for a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby's Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. All within minutes.

A convenience store is just a few minute's hop. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: The Bella Riva Resort has a seasonally heated pool and a hot tub facing the Gulf of Mexico. A gated deck and private boardwalk connect these amenities directly to the beach. Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
