Views from the well-furnished living room and welcoming Master Bedroom are incredible. Sunrises here are honestly some of the most breathtaking anywhere in the world. The soft white sand under your feet will make you want to stay forever! Summerlin 104 is a lovely home away from home with everything you will need. The Master Suite has a wonderful king bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has a new king bed and private access to the hall bathroom. If you need more space, the sofa offers a queen pullout sofa.

This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast, and it did not disappoint! The view from the condo was beautiful. Both sliding glass doors gave us a gorgeous view of the beach, and you could listen to the waves. The condo was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, because most of our meals were made there. The complementary chairs and umbrella service on the beach were an added plus and the beach was nice and quiet. The hosts were very kind! We would definitely return to Summerlin!

This was perfect for us and our friends. Close to the beach. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Beach service was fabulous. Super convenient to the restaurants and easy check in and check out. We will for sure be back!

Fantastic condo!

This condo is amazing
extremely close to the beach, beautiful views. We had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well furnished. The beds slept great. And the location is outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Trip to the Beach for Baseball

Very nice, we had a great time. Access to the beach was so close and view of the gulf from the balcony was beautiful. If plans call for another trip to Fort Walton Beach we would certainly stay here again.

Great property-poor cleaning service service.

It’s a great property but the owners should find new cleaning service. The vacuum was so packed it wouldn’t pick up anything and there was debris under the throw rugs. No comfortable furniture in the living room.

What a week !

We had a great time at this property. We were totally new to the gulf coast. We are very familiar with the Carolinas beaches and we likened FT Walton to the pace of OBX with the action of Myrtle Beach just 15 minutes east. Everything was just easy. Steps to the pool, steps to the sand, steps to the car
 could not be a better set up for convenience . Didn’t want to leave, definitely want to return.

Fantastic Stay at a Gulf Condo!

Had a fantastic stay at this condo! The view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is absolutely stunning. The condo was spotless and came with thoughtful extras like a multiple device charging station. The entry and exit process was a breeze with the card pad, and the location is super convenient—close to the trash area, parking, and most importantly, just steps from the water. Communication with the owner was excellent. Do note, the pool is shallow with a max depth of 5 feet. During our off-season visit, the heated pool was a bit chilly, but that's just a minor detail. The view from the condo is breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, the entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the condo itself is lovely. Highly recommend!

Close to the beach!

The walk to the beach is really close! Really nice complex. The property was clean and with only 30 units the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The unit it self was a little dirty. Maybe they hired a new cleaning crew? Based on the reviews we were expecting it to be cleaner. The patio still had sand all over from the previous people, the couch was noisy when you sat on it and really outdated, the master bedroom comforter had stains on it. Other than those minor things it was a great stay!

The Perfect Property!

This was an amazing property! It’s a small building so the beach, elevator, and pool were not crowded. The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for an amazing trip! The beds were very comfortable as well! We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years, but this one was by far one of the best!

Probably the best property we have ever rented

Everything about this property was as close to perfect as you will find. The short walk to the beach, the comfortable furniture and the cleanliness of the property was just great. We had to leave a day early due to the death of a family member so that was a hard way to end our stay. This is our new go to place in Florida!
