This beautiful second floor corner gulf-front vacation condo is merely feet away from the sugar white sand of the beach. 201 Azure includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this spacious condo include granite counter-tops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the dishes, pots and utensils that you will need to prepare the best gourmet meal or a simple sandwich. The dining room table has seating for eight with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the four bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs and chaise lounge to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking views from this second floor condo well as the convenience and closeness to the beach.

This condo has three bedrooms with king beds and the fourth bedroom has two full size beds. It is an end unit with great views and more privacy.

Beautiful property! Needed a deep clean, but was definitely worth the money we paid. Communication was a bit harsh, but could texting and emailing can be open to interpretation. Would love to stay here again.

Good, but could have been better.

Lovely place but the “starter packet” of amenities was insufficient. Two dishwasher pods for a 4 day stay and a “REQUIREMENT” to wash the dishes before leaving. If you are going to require us to do dishes, at least leave the means to do so. I understand the expense of consumables, particularly for longer term guests. But when we are only staying 4 days, you forced us to go to the grocery store. Not something I enjoy on vacation. In addition, there were several opportunities for additional towel racks that would have helped us save energy (by not having to use the dryer) that were missed. Additional towel racks would have been nice. Last but not least, maybe you could fluff out your description, what is included in beach amenities?

Great location and view

We brought the family down for a short getaway. The 4 bedroom 3 bath condo was spacious and fit 6 adults and 3 grandchildren fine. Overall the condo was clean except for the floor. Our socks and feet were black in a matter of minutes. I also thought the supplies ( trash bags, soap, paper towels, etc) were minimal. Good thing we brought some of our own. The coffee maker also needs an upgrade. We also had to get filters for that too. I expected a little better setup.

Great stay missing some basics

Property was wonderful. Easy access to beach and pool. Not the best location for surrounding restaurants and long ways from the boardwalk. Part of the problem was major ongoing construction. Disappointed in the lack of basics in the condo. For example we were only given 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods for a week stay of 12 people.

We planned an extended vacay around a baseball tournament. The beach location and view was great. Kids loved that one pool was heated so we were able to swim. And loved the green space where they could play. Rooms were spacious and roomy. Communication was quick and accommodating

Cleanest place I have ever stayed in!

Azure 201 was hands down the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about it. Usually at the beach the floors will be gritty and dirty- but not here! Tubs, showers, toilets - all of it was immaculate. The place is beautiful. At the end of the hallway you are not bothered with with noises and other guests. It was a great stay!

Annual late fall beach trip

The condo was very spacious! It was an extremely close walk to the beach. The owners provided very prompt communication and allowed for special request. I did not give an 5 overall rating secondary to the ice maker not working; lack sufficient hot water, candy wrappers on the floor upon check in, and the dryer requiring multiple cycles to dry. All minor inconveniences that did not affect our wonderful stay and did not need immediate attention. I am sure these few items can be fixed quickly for future renters. We had a first time and would definitely stay here again!
