The house had a few issues, but the host was very responsive to every issue we had. The house was very hot when we walked in. The thermostat was reading 75. My SIL reached out to him. He sent someone out to us within 3 hours. The fire pit in the backyard was rusted out. He immediately sent a brand new one to us and the house wasn't as clean as it should've been so he refunded us part of the cost.The house is good size with plenty of room for our crew of 13. There is a crib and a pack n play. We only used the pack n play because the crib mattress looked terrible.All in all, I wouldn't mind staying there again. My family definitely created some good memories

Hosts were incredibly kind but we did have some issues during our stay- there were candy wrappers on the floor near one of the beds, floors felt very dirty, and there was hair in the master shower and sink. The master bathroom bathtub faucet had a leak so we were nervous to use it and the shower doors in the same bathroom were off track making them hard to open and close. Over all the house was ok and hosts were nice, but I dont know that we'd rent here again.

Overall, I would rate the condition of the house as good.Positives:The house is very spacious and fairly well equipped. The household appliances are of good quality and work properly. The communication with the owner was excellent — he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests.Negatives:The property could really use some renovation. There were a few visible issues, such as a leaking roof over the garden gazebo, stained walls, and some sloppy finishing details — for example, paint residue on the floor tiles and a loose towel holder. The garden also looked rather neglected.Cleanliness was another weak point: the ventilation grilles were dirty, and there was dust and hair on the floors. I even found a few empty water bottles on the window sill in one of the rooms.Despite these shortcomings, the stay itself was pleasant. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and overall, the house offered a comfortable experience.

Multi family stay

The home looks just like the pictures. Rooms were great size plenty of restrooms and storage space. The self locking door was a plus since we were traveling with multiple family and children made us feel at ease. Without the worry of who locked the door. Only thing I would suggest board games and bakeware.

Very nice property

Our service crew needed a house near Hurlburt AFB for a two-week job we were contracted for. The house had a perfect location to the AFB, although the neighborhood was tad seedy, and had a rooster crowing, just a few annoyances. The interior and all the furnishings were very nice and comfortable, no complaints.

Summer Vacation 2023

This beautiful place was most definitely our home away from home. It was the first time I’ve ever rented a home instead of a hotel and I didn’t expect it to come with absolutely everything. I packed all my dishes, tissue, paper towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, flat iron, curlers, blow dryers, wine glasses, cups, plates, EVERYTHING and this house came with all of that. Could have saved allot of room. Very convenient location and close to everything all while only being minutes from the beach. The owner’s are very nice and any problem or concern was addressed immediately. This will most definitely be our vacation home away from home when we come back to Florida. Our family pictures in this beautiful back yard is a bonus. Our family made wonderful memories in this home and we will forever be grateful. Thanks for being a big part of our 2023 Summer (Family) Vacation.

I hate to have to write a review as this, but my father works hard and paid for this home upfront for our family. The add did not describe or give any indication of the neighborhood. While a close drive to beaches, we had younger children and did not feel safe in the neighborhood. There were people who Romeo around and would just stare at us and the home, it was next to small apartments (very close so it was not private in the backyard), there was trash that included furniture all over the front where the apartments was, and it was there most of the trip. It appeared that the nice home was dropped in the middle of a trailer park. There were roaches that continuously came out in the kitchen, roach droppings on the ceiling of one of the upstairs bedrooms, food and trash in the couch downstairs, random parts to something in downstairs bathroom, only two tvs with a lot of us there, upstairs bathroom shower door kept coming off track. Our family made the best of our trip by staying busy outside the home but it was unacceptable.

Awesome VRBO!

We had a church conference and we booked this Air B n B to stay in. It was very nice and we all loved it! It accommodated everyone and we enjoyed the time spent at the VRBO, everything looked just like the pictures, very satisfied with this stay.
