NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

Please Note: Our in-ground pool is professionally cleaned and serviced once a week (2 times the standard industry practice). However, as it is outdoors, natural elements like wind, rain, and leaves may cause some dirt or debris to enter the pool between cleanings.

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

We have active doorbell and solar security cameras outside to ensure the safety of our guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed



We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and will notify you when thresholds are being reached for extended periods of time

You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

Please,

Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls in those days we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If you cancel outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
