We are located amongst all the action that South Hutchinson Island has to offer such as fishing, state parks, surfing, boating, paddle boarding, entertainment, and dining— including legendary Old Florida beach bar Archie’s Sea Breeze just a 1-minute walk away. And if you are visiting our place during mangos season, please enjoy our fresh mangos from the beautiful mango tree in our backyard
it’s “Mango Tree by the Sea” after all!

Laidback Florida duplex, with renovated white interior & touches of beach decor, on a lush property with a Florida room, outdoor shower, and stunning gardens – just a short walk away to enjoy a beer or pina colada on the beach. This home was newly remodeled to promote quality time with family and friends. The home features a custom fully stocked kitchen that opens into
the living room, a cozy living area to watch a movie, relax after a day at the beach, and two bedrooms with custom bedding to ensure maximum comfort, including king size Posturepedic king size mattress in a the master bedroom. Parking for multiple cars, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, locally built craftsman furniture, and attention to detail throughout this beach vacation bungalow. The perfect place to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the island life!

We provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking necessities: full-size stainless refrigerator, stainless steel pots and pans, olive oil, basic spices, and of course coffee & tea at the coffee bar. We want this to feel as your home away from home, just pack your essentials and we have got the rest!

The Beach
Our home is the ultimate location to beach, with calm blue waters just steps away! We provide everything you need for the perfect beach day on our little island: towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler!

Other things to note
This property has three separate units on it, with its own parking & entrances. This unit is a duplex and shares a wall & the backyard with both units. The backyard is very large & spread out, however the amenities such as the outdoor shower, grill and laundry room may be used by other guests.

If you are traveling with others and need more than just the one bungalow, check out other listing for availability! Mango Tree is a great property for a friends’ trip, family reunion, or wedding party – it can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably for an amazing escape for any event on the island.

We want to ensure your safety during your stay. Our property is equipped with three security cameras:
Unit A Driveway Camera: Mounted on the roof ledge, facing the front driveway.
Unit B Driveway Camera: Also on the roof ledge, overlooking the front driveway.
Garage Roof Camera: Positioned on the garage roof ledge, monitoring the drive way and studio door.
These cameras are for your security and property protection and are used only for security and safety purposes.

Guests are welcome to bring a pet with them that is well behaved. Please note there is a $125 pet fee for the first week. After the first week, extra weekly pet fees of $50 per week. If you are bringing a pet, you are required to check the “pet fee” upon reservation. While we are pet-friendly, if there will be more than one dog, we kindly ask you to notify us before booking, as we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Our cleaning team charges us this fee due to the extra cleaning that is required with pets. Due to our allergy-sensitive guests, it's mandatory that the highest levels of cleaning procedures take place to maintain optimal health standards.

We kindly ask if you bring any pets; PLEASE keep them off the sofa, blankets, and bedding.
When making your reservation, you must select the "pet" option and pay $125 to cover the additional cleaning fees associated with having a pet stay at the property. Failure to comply with these restrictions and bringing a pet without previous payment, as well as failing to keep a pet off the sofa, bedding, blankets, chairs, pick up and remove dog waste on backyard and around our property, etc., may result in a $500 fine.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking to help us maintain the pristine condition of our space. Please be aware that a fine of $500 will be imposed on guests who violate our no smoking policy.

Very clean. Calming decor. Outdoor screened in porch. Parking is easy and secure. The house is in a pretty neighborhood. I stayed in October a bit before the season really started. The area is beautiful. There is much to do within 30 minutes, particularly outdoors. The ocean is minutes away on foot. Jetty Park is farther but also within walking distance and is known for the sunrises. Many places to eat both on Hutchinson Island and in Fort Pierce. Geographically interesting area. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4 days at the bungalow with our small dogs. The location was great near the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking in the mornings and early evenings. It felt safe. Our host gave us great recommendations for the area.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This property is a beautiful hidden gem in a perfect location on Hutchinson Island - very convenient. I was a little worried when I first arrived about the shared units - however the home was quiet and private. The property was sparkling clean and recently remodeled. Irina was prompt, clear in her communication, and responsive. She was also very flexible with check out times as I ended up staying a few extra days. I would definitely book with Irina again.
