The Space:

This large private home features a private screened-in (solar heated during winter months) pool, high ceilings, and tile in most areas. The home is centrally located in Fort Myers near many restaurants, public golf courses, shopping, and family-friendly attractions! Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Bonita.



This home features three bedrooms, a formal dining room, and a den in addition to its spacious kitchen. The two spare bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master has a king bed and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and oversized jacuzzi tub. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



Out back you will find a nice lanai with plenty of outdoor lounging furniture and the perfect atmosphere for a barbeque! There is plenty of open space in this home which is great for activities while no one will feel confined.



Guests have access to 1 side of the garage. The pool is heated with solar power during winter months and we do not guarantee any specific temperature. There is a useful roll-out pool cover that helps keep the heat in!



This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.



For the security and well-being of both the property, there are security cameras placed on the exterior of this vacation home. One is covering the front entrance and one by the air-conditioning unit on the side of the house. Cameras are only on when the house is vacant.



Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.



This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

Lovely Family Getaway

We somehow arrived before 4 (traveling with 3 children) and requested an earlier check in - which was granted without issue. The house and location are great! The pool was a must have with the kiddos and felt amazing in early April. Everyone was comfortable the entire week and no one wanted to leave - I call that a success. We are very grateful for the spectacular lodgings and would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Fun in the sun

The property was great, in a perfect location for our purposes, good restaurants, close grocery, and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, great appliances and cooking utensils. The bath towels were super and plenty of them. Loved having a washer and dryer. The check in process and check out process SUCKS. The agency handling this rental, should put a lock on the outside of the house with a code and not ask the guests to drive into Estero Bay to retrieve a key and return a key. Estero Bay is a very busy area, plus after traveling, I DO NOT want to drive to retrieve a key to get inside the house I am renting..

The pool was amazing and my favorite part of this place. I was very happy to find out that it was heated and you could set the temperature to your liking. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 and it was in a great location. Fort Myers Beach was a short drive down the road, about 10-15 minutes away. I would love to come and stay again sometime!

Comfortable stay in Fort Myers Florida. Pool area was very relaxing including table with seating for four. Apple kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans. No issues with TV Internet or Wi-Fi.

Good Times!

The home was very clean. We had most everything we needed for our 1 month stay. The area where the home is located is safe and close to everything. The pool is cold and never warmed up, that was a drawback. Carlos at TriPower Vacations was exceptionally helpful which was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful Home

We rent a house each summer. This home is beautiful, clean and has plenty of towels and accessories to use! The location is perfect to beaches and groceries, mini golf, etc Did have an issue with a neighbor. We were told by management to put trash bins out. I walked outside to find the neighbor instructing my teen girls to put the trash back inside. He then told me it didn’t need to go out and needed to go back in and informed me he had a key to get the trash after I left. I left the trash out per the management company. The next day he came on to the property and moved the trash bins back up next to the garage which I had to move back again as the entire neighborhood had their bins out. It was an uncomfortable situation and I’d prefer not to be informed by neighbors that they have keys and definitely for them not to engage teens about the house.
