Superbe vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon couvert du 10Úme étage et les deux chambres de ce condo de Sanibel Harbor! Ce condo sur le golfe est trÚs joliment décoré avec une palette de couleurs attrayante. Carrelage de type planches grises en entrant sur le balcon avec comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bains.  Les deux chambres sont moquettées et une spacieuse salle de bains principale avec double vasque.   Il y a un roi chez le maßtre et deux jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis, pour 4 personnes. Nos locations à proximité de l'ßle de Sanibel sont bien situées et offrent un accÚs facile aux voyages dans le sud de Floride.

Beautiful room with EVERYTHING you will need. I was really surprised how well stocked the room was. Clean as a pin, great view of bay and Sanibel island. Room looks exactly as advertised. Everything looks brand new. Would definitely recommend.

Peace and serenity in Punta rassa

My wife, my teenage boys and myself enjoyed another trip to Punta rassa. This is a beautiful condo that is well kept. Only recommendation would be to replace the carpet in the bedrooms. Otherwise fabulous

Very Nice clean property

The Property is a short drive from Fort Myers Beach. I thought it was closer but its right before the bridge to Sanibel, so right in the middle of both areas. Loved how quiet the place is. The beach is really not the greatest for swimming but they keep it clean and there are chairs and umbrellas available. Nice little pool and hot tub. The condo was very clean and in updated condition. Only confusing thing it says in the handbook to wash the towels before you leave so we put them in the washer but then on our way out I read the departing Email and it said to put them in the tub because linens are professionally cleaned. Just an FYI. There was plenty of towels and the master shower is wonderful. Never did go to the restaurant at the hotel next to the , but the bar/grill on the corner across from the boat launch was fun and good food and drink. Also there is paths to walk on but you can not walk and explore as this is a secluded property. I like to stay right in fort myers beach so you can walk and get around on foot. This place is not close to anything to do this. Would recommend this unit.

Great vacation stay

We stayed here in January to escape the snow for a week. This condo was perfect. We loved the view from the balcony every day. The pool was awesome. Overall the location is excellent. You have easy access to anywhere you would want to go. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The condo was very nice it was clean and a great water view. Only negative would be the water at the condo beach didn’t look clean also the twin beds in the condo were not comfortable at all.

Great location, beautiful view!

First time visiting southwest Florida area and loved it. Condo is nicely decorated, spacious with a beachy feeling and has a well equipped kitchen. The condo is in close proximity to Sanibel Island, numerous restaurants (Lighthouse Rest., Bimini Bait Shack, Marriott) and Publix for groceries and spirits. The view of the islands and the boats going in and out of the harbor from the screened balcony is beautiful, as was sunset. Nice beach area and pool. We would definitely love to return and spend another week or two in this condo.

Amazing stay

We’ve rented homes for weeklong stays along the gulf coast for several years and this was our favorite property so far. We had our grown children and their significant others, and our youngest teen daughter. The place was immaculate, well-set up, plenty of space for everyone, had an extremely short walk to the beach (and the wagon and supplies made the beach trips even easier), the pool was great, the view from the rooftop was amazing. would recommend to anyone and we plan to be back.

Quick Getaway

We loved this unit and property! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The screened in balcony was my favorite room in the place! I could have stayed out there all day listening to the water. The entire property was nice and peaceful. We used the beach and pool. We will be back!

Great location!

We really liked the location- usually stay on the beach but we enjoyed watching the boats and seeing the dolphins. The beach was about 10 min away which we did several times and it was easy to get to. The beach at condo is nice but not very swimmable. The condo was very clean and I appreciate that more than anything! The office was great on working with us on checkout time. The only thing I would suggest that we needed that wasn’t there was scissors and crab crackers. Also, would recommend new king size mattress and more comfortable pillows. Great vacation- we enjoyed it!
