There's a beautiful, quiet, still secret to many neighborhood in South Fort Myers, known as Iona.

Surrounded by lush foliage, with space to roam, you feel as if you're peacefully living in the country but are just about a 5-10 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches Southwest Florida has to offer. This one-of-a-kind home is a true retreat from the ordinary - whether you chose an easy 3-night getaway or treat yourself to a week or more in Paradise - you won't soon forget the memories made in this special place!



This unique home has almost 2,200 sq ft of total interior living space, divided between 2 fully contained living areas - one upstairs and one on the ground level; there is no interior access between the two spaces. In total there are 4 bedrooms (3 up, 1 down) and 2 full baths (1 up, 1 down) sleeping up to 8 people; when you rent, you rent the entire home. This is ideal for grandparents or extended families traveling together!



Upstairs you'll find a gorgeous open concept living space with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows and French doors flooding the open living, dining and kitchen with Florida sunlight.



The living room and reading nook has family-friendly, comfortable leather furniture and a large Smart TV with streaming services (guest must provide their own log-ins.) Dining area has a table with seating for 8.



The open kitchen is the "Wow" factor in this home - equipped with a luxury BlueStar range and refrigerator/freezer/wine cooler, elegant quartz counters, custom cabinetry, island with barstool seating and many upgraded kitchen tools and appliances all create an elevated kitchen you will be delighted to use! All-Clad cookware, KitchenAid stand mixer, Nespresso espresso maker and an air fryer are all included for your use.



There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, all have king beds and ceiling fans, and one of the three bedrooms has direct access to the shared guest bathroom. The bathroom, also accessible from the hall, has a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.



A lovely balcony extends across the back of the home, overlooking the pool and outdoor space. There you will find plenty of comfortable seating, just inviting you to sit and relax a while. On the balcony is where the Weber gas grill and a Green Egg BBQ/Smoker are located (guests are responsible for propane and/or wood chips, if needed.)



Downstairs is an open patio that leads to the newly finished studio suite.

The suite has living area with Smart TV, bedroom with king bed and ceiling fan, bathroom with walk-in shower and rainfall shower head, and a kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-element smooth cooktop and a small eating bar with barstools; there is also a fitness bench with dumbbells for your use.



Outside you will find a spacious sectional sofa, outdoor dining table, shade umbrellas, sunlounges, and of course, the spectacular heated pool!



There are two covered parking spaces under the home, with additional parking available in the circular driveway.



Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the home, offering privacy and adding to the retreat-like atmosphere!



Free, unlimited WFI is available throughout the home.



All bed linens, bath, pool, kitchen towels and assorted beach gear are provided.



With prior arrangements, one small dog, up to 20#, is permitted with an additional pet fee. Please notify us if you will be bringing a dog.



This home is just a short drive to the Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A $6 toll is required to cross the Causeway, no fee to return. The Fort Myers Beach Bridge is free. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the home. The new Fort Myers Beach Trolley station is a short drive from the home - no need to fight traffic at all, just take the Trolley to the beach!



In addition to the fantastic proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, this home is just a short car ride away from equally exciting destinations such as the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers where you will find an up-and-coming nightlife enjoyed by many visitors and locals alike; Cape Coral, with its miles and miles of canals off the Caloosahatchee River is also just a short ride away. Additional destinations such as Bonita Springs and Naples combine to offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you will find in southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!



This property is approximately 19 miles from RSW International Airport, 3 miles to the Beach Trolley Station, 6 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 5 miles to the Sanibel Causeway and 13 miles to downtown Fort Myers.



The only pet permitted on property or in the unit is 1 dog not to exceed 20 lbs and must be approved by management. No other pets are permitted. Payment of a $500 pet deposit and a pet addendum are required to be paid and completed prior to arrival.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property.



Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.



Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.



Owner has exterior cameras for security and insurance purposes.
