This 3-bed private townhouse has a 2 car garage and you will have full access to everything Paseo has to offer - which is so much, that you may rarely leave the community! We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this beautiful, townhome in the stunning community of Paseo. Imagine waking up in the king size bed in the master bedroom with the sunshine filtering through the blinds and the palm leaves outside the window. Make yourself a coffee, and relax on balcony, whilst contemplating what the new day has to offer. A leisurely day by one of the pools? A leisurely stroll around the lake and down to the Village Center? A game of tennis or pickle ball? An afternoon nap? A beach day, perhaps, or exploring Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva, Naples and beyond.

This is an ideal spot for an extended vacation or perhaps a great opportunity to work remotely in the FL sunshine. Starting a new job in SWFL? Looking to buy property? Waiting for a house build? With all that Paseo has to offer, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to be.

The entrance to the house is on the ground floor (through the front door, or from the garage) and there is a flight of stairs up to the living and bedroom areas. The spacious open concept living area is the hub of the home - with comfortable and sociable seating, a dining area and a Smart TV with cable and all the popular streaming apps. The balcony may prove to be a favorite spot and is accessed from the living area and also the primary bedroom.

The kitchen is well equipped and you should find everything you need for your vacation. The freezer has a an ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days and you will find all major appliances, as well as many small ones, including a toaster, a blender for those healthy morning smoothies, a hand mixer, and much more.

Through from the living area is the master suite, which has a comfortable king-sized bed and leads through to a large walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. There is also a hairdryer and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

On the opposite side of the living area are the 2 guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom.

Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds, and plenty of closet space for your clothes. One has a TV and the other does not.The bedding is new and comfortable to sleep in and all duvet covers are fully washable and laundered after each guest stay.

Between the guest bedrooms is a desk and chair – an ideal ‘office’ spot to catch up on any (u)necessary work.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and in the garage, you will find the gas grill and also a cooler for beach days.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

The Village center at Paseo is a fabulous social hub and you have so many choices of things to do. Eat out at great pub and bistro restaurants. Relax and get pampered at the spa & salon. Chill out at the resort style pool with its popular tiki bar. Work out at the fitness center. Try your hand at fishing at the fishing pier. Take care of any work responsibilities at the WiFi café and business center, meet the local residents at the coffee shop. Check what’s showing at the movie theatre. And if you’re feeling energetic, there is tennis, bocce, pickleball, volleyball and more.

Of course – we hope you do explore further afield. SWFL and its white sand beaches are definitely NOT to be missed. Downtown historical Fort Myers, with its great choice of shops bars, restaurants and shops is a 20 minute drive, Naples is only 45 minutes away and the Everglades beyond.

There are also many other golfing options close by and you can also play two municipal courses in Fort Myers which are both very well maintained, have tees to suite all skill levels and are economical. Fort Myers Country Club and Eastwood Golf Course are just a short ride away. Interested in improving your game? Take a lesson, join a clinic or just practice at Alico Family Golf!

Paseo is a beautiful community to walk around, with its lakes and gorgeous Italian style architecture and the Village Centre and pools are only a 5-7 minute walk from the home.

There is an application form that must be completed with the Paseo HOA and an application fee of $100, that is paid directly (this has not been included in your booking fees).
