Living space

The interior carries a cohesive, polished feel throughout - tile floors underfoot, plantation shutters filtering the afternoon light, granite countertops in the kitchen, and stainless steel appliances ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full evening meal. A dedicated workspace means those who need to stay connected can do so without disrupting the rest of the group. The open layout flows naturally between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with a patio or balcony offering an easy transition to the outdoors.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom - a welcome retreat after a day out. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third offers a queen bed. Both secondary bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom, making the layout practical for families or groups traveling together. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything you need for home-cooked meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and a solid set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are also on hand for days out on the Gulf.

 

Bathrooms

Two and a half bathrooms serve the home. The master en-suite and shared full bathroom both include hot water and hair dryers. A bathtub is available for longer, more relaxing soaks. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided to start your stay.

 

Resort amenities

Paseo is a gated resort community, and the amenities reflect that. A resort-style pool is available for use, along with a semi-private pool at the back of the home. Within the community you'll also find a Tiki Bar, Pub, Bistro, Cinema, and a fully equipped Gym - an unusually complete lineup that keeps entertainment and dining options close at hand throughout your stay.

 

Location

The Gulf Coast beaches are approximately 20-30 minutes away by car. Bell Tower Shops sit around 10-15 minutes from the home, with Gulf Coast Town Center approximately 15-20 minutes away. RSW Airport is roughly 15-20 minutes by car - a practical detail for travelers coordinating arrivals and departures. Sanibel Island is approximately 30-40 minutes away, and Captiva Island around 40-50 minutes. The Edison and Ford Winter Estates are roughly 20-25 minutes from the property, and Lakes Regional Park is approximately 15-20 minutes away.

 

Self check-in is available via smart lock. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
