The pool was enjoyable but the nature stone flooring around the pool was very old and degraded. I swept up as many loose stones as I could but we still were not able to walk barefoot around the pool.The rim of the pool was caked with green/black alge/mold. We had to have the pool man clean it up. He did a good job of cleaning it. The crossbars on the screened pool lanai were filthy. I improved it with a broom but need further cleaning. The pool chairs were covered with green alge and we had the maintenance man clean it. The one lounge chair cushion is torn. The grill grate was severely rusted. I personally purchased a new one. It was clear the on-line pictures were taken prior to the hurricane thus I feel strongly that the unit was misrepresented. Other issues included:1. Old shower doors with uncleanable mold and should be replaced.2. Interior doors and casings were dirty. (I cleaned as best I could)3.Tub caulk had some mold. (maintenance removed and replaced)4. No closet doors.5. Kitchen light missing one cover and the other was dirty. (maintenance replace)6.Refrigerator/freezer doors severely rust stained.7. Toaster and coffee maker needed to be replaced8. Front door would not latch once fixed then combination door lock would not work. (maintenance fixed both)9. Garage cluttered and damaged both inside and out. garage floor was filthy, including some animal feces. I swept it up. Garage door inoperable. There is more but I have run out of characters.
