Centrally located near many restaurants, shopping, golf, and beaches, this gated community provides many aspects that feel like home all while on a sweet vacation in Southwest Florida. Nearby beaches include Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, and Bunche Beach.



This condo has two spacious bedrooms, each with new memory foam queen beds and private bathrooms. The bathrooms have shower/tub combos making them perfect for a quick shower or a long relaxing bath!



The condo is also fully stocked with stainless steel kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Additionally, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Linens are also included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



Being on the third floor, this unit has a lovely view out back with the private balcony overlooking a lake in the complex. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the beautiful Florida sunsets with a glass of wine.



If heading to the beach, make sure to take the beach items supplied! This unit has beach umbrellas, floats, umbrellas and beach bags. Looking for some fun around the neighborhood? Check out the community clubhouse where they have a community pool, game room, charcoal grills, and fitness center.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.



This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.



This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
