While your guests frolic in the pool, sear your meals to perfection on the grill and dine alfresco together.

Inside, the airy interior boasts a comfortable living room equipped with a smart TV, a full kitchen, and ample dining space. The home's bedrooms are bright and well-decorated, offering perks like high-quality linens and ample natural lighting. For your complete convenience, this home is furnished with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Two beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for beachgoing ventures.

Close to your stay, visit the historic Edison & Ford Winter Estates, hike around Four Mile Ecological Preserve, get your boat in the water at the Horton Park & Boat Ramp, and practice your swing at The Forest Country Club Golf. Make a day out of a trip to the nearby Sam Fleishman Regional Sports Complex, which includes an aquatic center with water slides. Additionally, it features a racquet club complete with six pickleball courts and eight tennis courts with Har-Tru lighting, all of which were resurfaced in 2021. The shaded seating areas are ideal for rest between matches.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
