This gorgeous 2 Bedroom/2 Bath vacation condo has been beautifully decorated with island flair and has a spectacular direct Gulf view from the screened in lanai. Enjoy the sea breezes and our beautiful Florida weather as you relax or dine out on the lanai. The open floor concept for the main living area means gorgeous sunlight floods in to greet you as you walk into the condo. The newly remodeled, fully equipped Kitchen has all the appliances (including a dishwasher), custom cabinets, granite countertops and a coffee bar area. The dining area has a high top table that seats 4. Comfy seating in the living room provides a place for the family to watch TV after a full day at the beach. The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized bed and its own lanai access. The beautiful En Suite Master Bath has a custom Walk In Shower. Down the hall from the Kitchen is the really lovely, professionally decorated Guest Bedroom with a Queen sized bed and its own TV. Guest Bath is right next door. For your convenience, there is a Washer/Dryer in the unit, Free in-unit WiFi, a secured lobby, a building elevator and ample parking.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Amenities include a gorgeous resort sized pool with a huge sundeck area lined with comfortable lounge chairs facing the Gulf. There's a beachside BBQ and picnic area with seating under the Tiki Huts. And best of all, you have the Gulf in your backyard! Be sure to catch our world famous sunsets!

The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Marina Plaza. The Beach Trolley stops right out front to take you anywhere you want to go on the Island - south to Lover's Key State Park or north to The Pier and Times Square. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, bird watching, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. Fort Myers Beach offers many good restaurants, boat and wave runner rentals, charter fishing trips, sight seeing trips, parasailing, and the Key West Express!

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, close by, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds. However, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
