If that's not enough, your home away from home is also located right off the back bay with it's active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant and a myriad of other clubs and shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. The living area has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, next to which is a King-sized bed with night stand and lamp. Opposite the bed is an armoire and credenza with a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to furnished balcony overlooking the street below with the colorful shops, restaurants and partial views of the back bay. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
