This lovely beachfront one bedroom, one bath vacation condo with tile throughout is bright and airy with a tropical flair. Panoramic views of the island from your 9th Floor Balcony - you can see all the way to the Bay with a partial Gulf view! The bedroom has a brand new king-sized bed to provide a good night's sleep after a day at the beach. Full Bath has a large Walk In Shower. The living room features a large smart TV and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new fridge and ice maker and a dining table for four. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities on the ground floor of building, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Step out the back door to beach - 7 miles of white, sugar sand beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you can walk for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
