Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 105B is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer! ONE DOG ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking.)

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.

The Living Area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and there is a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The Bedroom offers a King Sized Bed to lull you to a restful sleep after a full day at the beach.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis and pickleball courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open and just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
