Shopping, restaurants, the library, marinas, food stores, and other conveniences are all located nearby. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful single-family homes.

The pool, the laundry room, and the outside comon area are shared with other guests, staying in the other 2 units.

Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds , at pool area, pet feces must be picked up.
All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.

** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest, there is a fee per night.
** Pool heating option is available at an additional fee if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
