Very nice condo and complex. The unit was bright and airy, with updated furnishings and quality kitchen items. The bed was comfortable. Great room darkening curtains in the master. The bathroom is somewhat dated but in excellent condition. Compliments to the management team for their extremely responsive and accommodating service. We experienced a couple of minor hiccups (like user error on figuring out how to change volume on the remote), and they sent someone to help the next morning. They also let us know as soon as the unit was ready for early check in and obliged a late check out as the following reservation allowed. It was one of the best STR management experiences Iâve had. The condo complex felt updated and clean - including a lovely pool area. The pool was nice and warm with a relaxing waterfall feature, and the hot tub was hot! The balcony had a decent view. The fountain in the adjacent pond provided lovely white noise. We enjoyed the easy access this location offered to surrounding areas⊠no long bridge waits at this end of the island. We were able to get Target and Walmart deliveries right to the unit door. My only word of caution is for those who are sensitive to fragrances - all of the linens smelled strongly of fabric softener or detergent - but I know most people wouldnât notice or mind that.
