Nouvelle cuisine - armoires en granit et érable, Grand sol carrelé dans le salon - salle à manger et cuisine, bois stratifié dans les chambres.

Vous avez trouvĂ© votre «maison loin de chez vous». La maison offre un espace de vie spacieux et lumineux avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle - un snack-bar - une salle Ă  manger complĂšte et une alcĂŽve de lecture. Les 3 chambres sont Ă©galement trĂšs confortables - la plupart sont Ă©quipĂ©es de ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre principale a un lit king, un ventilateur de plafond, une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e Ă  Ă©cran plat, un coin salon et une salle de bain complĂšte attenante avec baignoire et douche. Cette maison est idéalement située à 150 m de l'accÚs à la plage, à quelques pas des commerces, du théùtre et de la gastronomie. Courte distance de golf. La maison se trouve sur un large canal - la vue vous coupera le souffle! La plage est magnifique avec son beau sable blanc expansif et son eau bleu clair. Nous avons des invités qui viennent de toutes les parties du monde à Shell ici sur l'ßle. AprÚs une longue journée «dure» à la plage - il est agréable de se détendre - relax sur la terrasse (meubles de salon + parasol inclus bien sûr) - en sirotant des margaritas fraßches - tout en regardant les bateaux passer ou le dauphin occasionnel.


Vous pouvez également choisir de rester à l'intérieur et de choisir un film à la place - Netflix et HBO sont inclus. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The house is stunning! Beautiful inside and out with everything you could wish for in a kitchen down to the cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch. The pool and recreation area on the canal is gorgeous, entertaining, and relaxing. Our every want for the beach was anticipated and appreciated. We can’t wait to go back!

Location, location , location

What a property. 2nd visit and it won’t be the last. If you want a property close to the the beach and with an amazing view on to the canal then you won’t find better. Lovely house that is very well stocked. Not a bad word to stay. Lots of local wild life , this time off the dock we saw sting rays, dolphins and manatees. Can not wait to rebook and thanks again to Dana the owner for being so understanding when we had to cancel multiple times during COVID times!

Great Stay - Awesome Home!

We stayed for a week in June, with temps in the 90's the entire time. The homes A/C kept up the entire time, and the pool definitely was nice to have on those hot days. Everything is as advertised, the home was immaculate, and we would stay here again.

Great location and amenities.

Very nice property and location for my sister trip. We would definitely book again. It is nicely furnished with all the kitchen basics for onsite meal and beverage prep when desired. It’s a short walk to their beach and the owner has all the essentials needed for a day in the sun and sand. The pool and patio are very inviting and welcome after an afternoon on the beach.

Perfect family getaway!!!

We had such a great time at Harmony House! So close to the beach but the screened pool is a great bonus for those days you just don't have it in you. Dana is very easy to work with and easy to reach. Actually she reached out to us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Book Harmony House for your Fort Myers Beach stay...you won't be disappointed!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Harmony House. The property was the perfect size. The short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach was easy. Thank you for providing the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella making our days on the beach enjoyable. The salt water pool was refreshing after a day at the beach too. Each morning we ate breakfast by the pool while watching fish and birds by the canal. This was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great vacation house

Perfect house for us & great South Island location. Across the street from the beach, pool was always warm & views of estero blvd and canal - jumping fish / pelicans frequently. Quiet street. House had pretty much everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were comfy- Knives in kitchen were actually sharp & I thought it was very nice that paper towel, TP, dish soap, foil etc were all provided as that stuff adds up at Publix! Owner was super responsive when we couldn’t get tv to work in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here in the future if we come back again. The only negative was the 2 slice toaster didn’t toast hardly at all ( it took a while) might need replacing . Thank you!!

Great mud island canal home

Husband and I have rented at FMBEACH for 6+ years. This was certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very clean, fully equipped with everything we could think of in kitchen, full complement of beach items also. We had a few questions and one small issue. Owner was prompt with response and even had an electrician to house within an hour! We loved everything about is house and would absolutely stay there again

Mom's 90th Birthday Celbration

We rented this home to help my Mom, who lives in the area, celebrate her 90th birthday. It was perfect for that, the large dining room table allowed for a big family dinner. The screened in pool area was an awesome spot for us for gather with family and friends. The home was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the owner is very easy. Sad that we had to leave a night early due to incoming winter weather at home.We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Beautiful house! Had everything yoy need for a perfect vacation! Beach chairs, Beach toys, wagon, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, beautiful pool, beautiful dock and perfect location! My husband and sons caught many different fish off the dock. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The house was very clean and the owner had great communication and was very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The repairs and maintenance on the house you could tell were DIY. Not professionally done. Very outdated house. When we got there it wasn’t cleaned professionally. There was dirt on the floor when I walked in each room I vacuumed up. Also dust in each room cobwebs on the ceiling. When we walked into the garage it smelled like dog urine BAD. The doors didn’t shut properly. Right when you walk outside to the pool there was a constant water leaking from something on the roof. Some remodeling was nice but the quality and maintenance was low. The canal deck was awesome which was one of the updates. The kitchen was nice except the mismatch appliances. There was numerous interruptions with people coming to the house to do service work on the house that were unannounced visits. None of the TVs and DVD players were hooked up properly. Yes there was beach supplies you could use like chairs, beach toys, and wagon but no one kept up on them(old worn out). A little expensive for the quality of the house. But the canal we loved with the location and easy access to everything. The pool area was clean and nice. The overall I would give like 2 stars we actually left a day early.

Better than advertised

Everything you need for your getaway is waiting for you. Attention to detail and needed basics are right there. Plenty of beach equipment complimentary in the garage. Appliances are new and modern. Plenty of indoor space for dining in and the grill is a weber and in great shape. Pool is clean and maintained. Dock deck is obviously brand new composite deck. Landscaping is kept up. House was clean and Dana was extremely available and attentive. I hate to give such a great review so I can come back again soon. Yes we had issues but they were never ignored or dismissed. Beach close across the street but the kids liked sand key which is a short drive south. Book with confidence and enjoy.

Family Summer Fun

We had an awesome time during our stay! Dana was awesome and addressed everything timely and efficiently as needed. The pool was switched from chlorine to salt water and the screen was replaced all while we were enjoying our stay! None of this bothered us while enjoying the house!
