The fully equipped kitchen, located adjacent to the living area, includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, providing everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The bedrooms are located along a quiet hallway just past the kitchen. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite access to the primary bathroom, complete with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and a convenient door leading directly to the pool area. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen bed and a bunk bed—perfect for additional guests or families. Both the second and third bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest Access:

This residence occupies the first level of a beautifully remodeled duplex property. This smaller, separate apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a larger upper apartment that shares the common areas of the property. Each unit is completely private, sharing no interior space—there are no connecting doors or stairways between them. Guests of this lower residence have exclusive access to all of the spaces described above, as well as the shared pool area and the left side of the driveway in front of the home, which provides parking for up to three vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This residence is situated on a quiet and highly unique cul-de-sac street that borders Matanzas Pass Preserve. As a result, rather than finding yourself across from noisy neighbors when enjoying the pool you will find nothing but preserve between you and the beach! The island is rebuilding With restaurants and shopping reopening constantly, there are more experiences on island for guests to enjoy every week! There are also multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures.



Getting Around:

🚗 3 vehicle maximum parking 🛻

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts.
