This brand new ground level 2/1 apartment is the perfect solution for those budget minded travelers looking to experience all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer, without paying a premium! Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two nicely appointed bedrooms, flat screen TVs, a washer/dryer, and walk in shower, this property is abundantly equipped to meet all of your needs during your next vacation. Located just steps to the beach and downtown Fort Myers Beach, the location cannot be beat!
The Space:
The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double bed and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.
NOTE- The upstairs apartment is booked separately and guests will not have access to the upstairs portion of this duplex OR THE POOL.

Guests have access to the entire ground level apartment, but not the upstairs apartment or pool area.
