Belle 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain, maison non-fumeur avec salle Ă  dormir 12. Beaucoup d'espace pour les familles nombreuses. Cour privĂ©e avec piscine et douche extĂ©rieure. À distance de marche de plusieurs bars de plage, restaurants, boutiques et de la belle plage de sable blanc de Fort Myers.
Cuisine complÚte au niveau principal ainsi qu'au niveau inférieur. Pas besoin de monter et descendre les escaliers pour boire un verre! Il y a une salle de bain complÚte au niveau inférieur.
Patio a un barbecue et beaucoup de siÚges à l'extérieur ainsi qu'un foyer à gaz pour les soirées fraßches de la Floride.

The hosts were fantastic and easy to reach! The house is amazing—perfect for our family of 12! The pool was to die for and we spent just as much time there as we did the beach. There is so much within walking distance, and a quick drive to everything else. The neighborhood was adorable. Shelley & Brad have thought of everything—beach chairs, toys, carts and gear, two kitchens, two washers and dryers, a completely outfitted patio area with grill—it was spectacular. Not to mention the sweet treats they brought us that the family went bananas over! 12/10 recommend. We had the BEST time!

We had a great time staying at Brad and Shelley's place. They were perfect hosts and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We were there for Thanksgiving and the extra kitchen was very much appreciated! The kitchen was very well stocked for a rental property. Lots of beach and baby equipment provided as well. The pool was great as well as the location, which was within walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful! We would love to stay at Southern Serenity again!

Great outdoor patio for hanging out and large pool with lots of toys and floaties for everyone! House was equipped with everything you need and plenty of room for more than 1 family. Short walk to the beach, made this place a great house for our stay with kids!

Perfect Spring Break!

Stayed at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren for spring break. They had everything we needed for the pool and beach. All the toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, too much to mention. All you need for the baby of the family is there as well! Plenty of room for everyone. Any time we needed to reach out to Brad and Shelley with a question, they responded almost immediately. Close to Times Square, restaurants, bars, shopping. Great location. We hope to return to this amazing property in the future!

Great for large extended family

We stayed with 12 members of our family. The house was so clean and well taken care of. Very nice having 2 kitchens and such a short walk to the beach and Times Square. The pool was so nice to come back and relax around after a day at the beach! I would highly recommend this property!

If you want to be close to beach and have a pool (which is huge) this is your place! Plenty of space for our family of ten. Very comfortable beds, second kitchen in lower level a plus. Teenagers enjoyed the lower level playing PS5 on the large TV. Can’t wait to come back!

Labor Day Trip

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed to just relax near the beach for the weekend. The abundance of baby/kid supplies made it super easy to bring our one year old on his first vacation. The communication with the host was super easy and quick. If we find ourselves retaining to Fort Myers Beach, we'd definitely stay again!

We fully enjoyed this property!

We had such a wonderful stay Brad & Shelly’s home. Upon arrival we found the property to be pristine clean. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room! The beds were all super comfy. There are essentially 3 floors & the basement area could be an apartment on its own-there’s a kitchenette, full bath all down there. There’s 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped keep our towels clean and dry. Lots of thoughtful additions if you have babies, like high chairs, pack and play, toilet seats and steps, baby spoons etc. It was HOT the week we stayed and the air conditioning kept up nicely. The pool area was so wonderful! The outdoor space was large with lots of chairs, a grill, garbage cans etc and was nice and private. Essentially everything felt new at the house and freshly renovated and modern. It was nicely decorated as well. There were tons of beach gear, chairs, sand toys, shell collecting bags, a wagon and cart to carry the supplies. Only 1 umbrella but you can rent additional gear at the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself wasn’t overly crowded and the water was shallow and nice and warm. We walked and walked far out and it didn’t get very deep. We looked at several properties in FMB and are certainly glad we chose this one!

My family and I absolutely love this property and the owners! Upon arrival, you will walk into a clean, fresh house. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is already there and ready to go. You can immediately tell that the owners care about the property and they want you to enjoy their house and your vacation. Not only that but if you do have any questions or concerns, they’re only a phone call away. Super simple. Love it! 10/10

Great family vacation spot

It was a beautiful house with all the amenities you could think of. We have stayed at several vrbo’s this was the first one that had 2 pack and plays for infants. Our whole group thought the place was amazing we will definitely be coming back. Even the neighbors were great .

Great communication with host. Easy to access the propriety. It was still under renovation when we stayed but host was clear upfront and very honest about it. Enjoy now as it is not yet too crowded in FMB
