The best place to watch our world-famous sunsets is from the comfort of your HUGE Screened-In Lanai! It's a front row seat on one of nature's best shows that changes every minute. Imagine the fun of sipping a drink on this lanai as you watch the Florida sun sink behind the Gulf waters or sipping a cup of your morning coffee while taking in the sea breezes as you watch the dolphins play and the boats sail by.

Soon to become your favorite vacation headquarters, this delightful 4 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bath condo eases you into the island lifestyle. The first thing you notice upon entering is the open floor plan with a wall of glass doors to bring the gorgeous Florida sunshine in. The Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas all enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf's turquoise waters and the white sugar sand beach below.

The living room includes lots of comfortable seating with a HUGE flat screen TV so you can watch all your favorite movies and programs. There's also free WiFi in Penthouse 6 so you can book tee times, make restaurant reservations and send photos back home to friends. The open concept Living Area also includes a full sized Dining Area with a HUGE table for eight and a breakfast bar that seats three more - or you can opt to eat out on the Screened-In Lanai's two tables for eight or fun bench for three.

The fully equipped Kitchen has been beautifully designed and features a large expanse of countertops. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a feast or a simple snack for your family. There's plenty of counter space for prep and all the utensils, cookware and dishes you need.

All of the Bedrooms have been treated to a decorator's touch with an island flair to delight guests. The spacious and beautiful Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized bed, its own TV, and private Lanai access. The Master Bath has a large vanity and a Walk In Shower - fresh linens are provided, along with plenty of thirsty towels. . At the opposite end of the condo, the Guest Bedrooms allows your guests to enjoy all the comforts of home while maintaining privacy. The First and Second Guest Bedrooms each have a large Queen sized bed, while the Third Guest Bedroom has two twin beds to give you maximum flexibility for your guests. There's plenty of room to spread out belongings and lots of storage space for clothes. The Guest Bedrooms share a Full Guest Bath with a tub/shower combo, large vanity and lots of plush towels. There is also a Half Bath located right next door to the Third Guest Bedroom. Down the Hall is a handy Laundry Room with a Full sized Washer and Dryer so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay.

For your convenience, Carlos Pointe offers a secure lobby entrance, building elevators, and ample on-site parking, There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

On site amenities at Carlos Pointe Beach Club include a resort-sized heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables and BBQs, and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day.

Of course, best of all is the Gulf in your backyard - 7 miles of white sand and surf. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore. Fort Myers Beach is home to world class sunsets and the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet bringing in fresh shrimp. Enjoy both daily!

Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through Bowditch Point Park and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk or drive to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.

Carlos Pointe is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. PLEASE NOTE: the beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
