Happiness Comes In Waves! Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard on the popular island of Fort Myers Beach. This charming beachfront building of vacation condos boasts a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. You will have every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Sand Caper 308 is a lovely 3rd floor 2B/2B condo with a screened in lanai that enjoys a partial view of the Gulf and a partial view of the island to the bayside.
The spacious Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Sized Bed, its own TV and its own private Lanai entrance. The gorgeous, completely remodeled Master Bath has double vanities and a spectacular Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, its own TV and a Guest Bath right next door, which has also been completely remodeled with its own beautiful Walk In Shower.
The Open Living Area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV (Direct TV service) - a large sofa and two comfy recliners. There's a nice big Dining table for 6 with lovely views of the island and a Bar for entertaining. The Remodeled Kitchen has all the bells and whistles with designer lighting, all dishware, cookware, tableware and all brand new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher. Live. Laugh. Love...and Eat well with meals prepared in this Kitchen!
Best of all is a Screened In Lanai with brand new patio furniture to enjoy the cool sea breezes and partial Gulf views.
For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no going home with dirty laundry!), free in-unit Wifi for working remotely or making dinner reservations, a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample parking. There are also beach chairs, a beach wagon and a cooler for your use. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Marina Plaza. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to south to Lover's Key or north to the new Times Square area and Bayside Park. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples.
