While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that all of our homes that have been renovated have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!
This lovely Estero Cove 2 bedroom/2 bath Island vacation condo is a great option to save some money if you are willing to walk across the street to beach! Located just across the street from the beach, Estero Cove 561 is a corner condo on a top floor enjoying a spectacular view of the island with a partial view of the Gulf. Your Screened In Lanai is a wonderful feature of this home, where you can relax for hours and take in the sea breezes.
Your Kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table can seat 4 comfortably. The Living Room has a TV and sliding glass doors to the Lanai. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, its own TV, private Lanai access, and an En Suite Bath with a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin Beds and its own TV. The Guest Bath is right next door.
This vacation condo offers an in-unit washer/dryer and free WiFi. The building has a secured elevator and ample on site parking.
Estero Cove offers guests some wonderful amenities: a large picnic area to dine alfresco, tennis/pickleball courts; a private heated pool (scheduled to re-open January 2025), and large sundeck with lounge chairs. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
