Inside, the condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, its own TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and access to a second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a pullout sofa that accommodates two additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal prep, and the adjacent dining area seats six. Step out onto the screened-in balcony, where a table for six invites you to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinners while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. PLEASE NOTE: the beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
