The balcony is furnished with a patio table seating four, as well as a sette with table - great for enjoying sunsets with your favorite glass of wine.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, a dresser with a wall mirror, a three-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV plus a large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with a full wall mirror and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower.

Behind a sliding barn door is the guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area. This bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space.
