Boardwalk Caper Penthouse #1104 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Penthouse within a gated community located just before the Matanzas Pass bridge (avoiding bridge traffic), on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. One private under building covered parking spot is provided with the unit, additional parking available.

Elevator access to the main entrance of the unit which is on the 11th floor, and to the bedroom entrance (a separate locking door) which is on the 12th floor.

The additional private rooftop open sky deck is only accessible from this Penthouse. It is perfect for sunset views and private get togethers. Just take the spiral staircase up and don't forget to enjoy the wet bar while you're up there!

The main level has the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and lovely cabinetry. There is also a dining room, living room, hide-a-bed couch, game/bar room and balcony with stunning views.

The second level has a master bedroom features a king bed, large bathroom, 2 closets, and private balcony off the bedroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed with large closet and excellent window views. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a window view of the canal and marina. Sleeps 8 including the pull-out couch on the main floor.

Boardwalk Caper is a gated community with the best deep water, no bridge, boating access in SWFL featuring a 1/2-mile-long walking path boardwalk with 206 boat slips located just minutes from the Gulf. The complex has 4 swimming pools, community grills, a sauna, workout gym, and plenty of activities such as shuffleboard, pickleball and tennis.

Take a short boat, walk, bike, trolley, or car ride over to the bridge for some fun and sun on the beach. If you're looking for great amenities, unparalleled boating access, stunning sunrises and sunsets, and amazing views of dolphins, manatees, sea birds and nesting eagles off your lanai(s), this is the place!

Guests are required to be registered with the Boardwalk Caper Association to rent. Registration fee is non-refundable. All guests over the age of 18 must provide information on an application as part of the rental agreement. This is for the protection of everyone to assure a safe, fun experience.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals of 30 days or the 1st until the end of the month. Multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
